I paid for a king bed. Got two queens. They didn't upgrade me during my three night stay clean and nice rooms, gym was very basic no weights.

Location is close to the highway. Rooms were neat, grounds and public area were clean. It's a prime location for sport tournaments and conferences so it can be a bit noisy at times but I slept fine. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good but expensive for the buffet. The pool looked alright but I didn't have time to use it. Not a bad place to stay but nothing exceptional either.

Stayed here overnight after my cousin's wedding. The room was nice, clean, standard hotel fare as far as it goes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the linens hadn't been pressed so our pillow cases looked as though they were already used. No Continental breakfast, only a seriously overpriced buffet. $36 for two people consisting of some weird egg-like substance and a selection of sausages and bacon with a greasy hash brown. There was the ubiquitous cereals, toast, bagels and yogurt choices too but for $15 each?? Advice: go to a local McDonald's instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, not a bad stay. Nothing outstanding, just very average. Avoid eating the breakfast.

Convenient parking, staff were helpful and the washroom and halls were easy to locate. The food served for our company training (breakfast and lunch) was also very good.

Was here briefly to capture some pre-wedding photos; lobby is spacious, modern & beautiful but rooms are a bit dated. Great patio outside pool for parents/non-swimmers!

Recently we booked a "block" of rooms at the Hilton Garden in for our wedding at Ajax convention center. The hotel is right next door and gave us a deal for any guest that call and use our booking code. It was very helpful considering we have quite a few out of town guests. We have not stayed yet but the lobby was very nice and the rooms look great. We were informed recently that they no longer provide "block" bookings for weddings anymore which is disappointing to hear for people in the future if this is true. They still honoured our agreement which is great and we are excited for our stay

Stay for lacrosse Provincials. Was a decent location and in general a pretty clean hotel but the whole hotel had a weird musty smell to it. Air conditioner is as loud as a fog horn and the shower (tub) is a law suit waiting to happen it's so beveled and slippery.
Having said that the service was good, and they let us book a table in front for a parent party which was quite nice while kids slept. Also they had movies and popcorn (very bad popcorn mind you) for the kids in the evenings.
Had a decent pool for the kids and a hot tub. Never had enough towels to dry off. Gym is very small and cramped.
I only had breakfast here and it was pretty decent. Free for a GOC and employee and $8.99 for everyone else.
Aside from that it's close to lots of shopping so convenient location.response / report this review -

I have very little positive to say about our experience here. Arriving at 2:40, for a baseball tournament, we were told our room was not ready for our 3:00 check in. Needing to get a room to prep for our 5:00 game in Oshawa, we contemplated changing room but ultimately decided to wait to remain close to the rest of the team, being assured that they would get to it asap. An hour later, and several inquiries at the front desk later, our room was finally ready. We weren't able to discuss the delay with the manager, as he was unavailable and we had to get ready and get to the game. Upon returning after the game, we were treated extremely rudely by both the front desk staff and the manager Manish Joanna, who were not apologetic in any way, and claimed it was our fault for the lengthy delay because we wanted to stay in the block of rooms that had been reserved. So very poor customer service made us terribly unhappy. And then our son fell in the shower banging his head on the soap dishmaybe have some sort of non-slip surface in the tub would be helpful in avoiding accidents. So, not a great experience.

Very nicely decorated and excellent staff. Helped with all the arrangements and provided spare conference rooms when required for feeding babies. Beer was a little pricey but expected since it was a fancy place.

A quite enjoyable stay. All you can eat, hot Breakfast is a great deal, especially the omelettes. A nice place for out of town guests attending events at the nearby Ajax Convention Centre.
