To whom this may concern,
I just want to say that I've been staying at this specific location for a few years now and the staff and stay itself is always a pleasant and the rooms are always very clean! However, the other day I seen something that I was very shocked to see. Considering I've been coming to Days Inn for awhile now i know every staff by name now along with rumours about the hotel. I'm not one to pass judgement on anyone but I do k ow that there's a prostitute that stays at the hotel daily. She's a really nice person too; the other day I needed a towel so I took it upon myself to get my own on the first floor in the laundry room and I was VERY shocked to seen Shelia teaching her to do laundry. It's not because of what she choose to do for a living that's bothersome it's the fact that you guys are so cheap that you can't hire someone who is properly suitable for the job (again I'm not saying she isn't but she wasn't even in uniform which makes me think are you guys paying her cash? Because that's illegal) I am a lawyer FYI, If I want I can call the labor board and say that you guys are hiring people without using their insurance numbers and we all know how nasty that can get. Can you please make it your duty to speak with Shelia or whoever the genius was that decided it would be a good idea to do this because witnessing that was very inappropriate. Like I mentioned I stay at this hotel regularly and if this is witnessed again, actions will be made! Again, I do enjoy staying here and this is why Ive decided to keep myself anonymous.

Stayed here for one night as part of a wedding group. Hotel overall was pretty run down. The room was relatively clean but had peeling wallpaper and harsh florescent lighting. For one night it was fine, but would not want to stay any longer. Other guests that were apart of our group complained that their room smelled like smoke.

My wife and I stayed over a weekend and the experience was quite sub par.
The hotel:
It is quite old and it has a very strong musty odor that hits you as soon as you walk in the front door and gets much worse in the hallways to the rooms. The carpets in the hallways were torn and there were several large stains, not to mention the walls appeared greasy and were dirty.
The room:
Had the same odour as the hallway but not as potent. Inside the room, the bathroom had several missing shower tiles as well as a stained tub and stained floors. We never turned on the Air Conditioner/heater unit because when we looked inside of the grill, we discovered dead insects and what appeared to be old dry rodent droppings. The mattress sits atop a frame with no boxspring but the frame had a screw that was sticking out and my dress coat ended up getting caught on it and got a hole torn into the sleeve.
Cleanliness:
Overall, the majority of the hotel was somewhat clean if you take into consideration the age of the hotel and use that as a barometer. We never ended up sleeping inside the covers because as soon as we pulled the covers back, we found several long hairs in the sheets that did not belong to either of us. We also discovered the same hairs on 2 of our towels along with a few stains on those towels. This made us question whether the sheets and towels had been changed at all or if they just made the bed and folded the used towels.
Amenities:
The Continental breakfast was a joke. There was a small fridge with yogurt & Milk, 2 types of cereal and a small basket of Bagels.
Summary:
The hotel definitely requires a complete makeover and should change their pricing and rating (definitely not a 3-4 star property) to reflect the current condition of the property! We ended up paying CAD$120 per night which was WAY overpriced considering the state of the property. The price of the property should have been closer to around the $75-85 per night. We were very disappointed considering we have stayed at many Wyndham properties in the past and have never had an experience like this.response / report this review -

No actual truck parking. Both website and front desk said there is. Make sure you drive by and check first. If empty 2 straight trucks can fit at there very end. Other than that nice room.

We stayed here because it was reasonable $120 a night. The place seemed OK until you get to your room. If anyone on any floor showers it sounds like a train coming through the place and doesn't stop until the shower doesours was the same. There are massive holes in the walls where the plumbing comes into the rooms. Our room had a tall cabinet that had years of dust on and up the wall. You can go on for days about what a dump this place is.

I stayed here for a few nights and I found it very economical and best deal for the money. They offer free breakfast, very clean, rooms are tidy, the area is very quite, and the staff is very friendly. I will say they beat any best hotel in the area. I will highly recommend it.

The worse experience I've ever had in my life. The smell of musky moldy building was immediately apparent upon entering the main Lobby. You are then met by a rude none attentive customer service only after you have asked to be help. They booked me 2 rooms by myself and expected me to pay for the extra empty room they had booked. No management to answer questions and will not accommodate handicap person and insisted on putting me on the 3rd floor when the building dis not offer an elevator. My stayed was paid fir total of 7 day's but they could not move me to the lower level not requiring an elevator access. Staff refused to cancel my reservation knowing that i couldn't climb the stairs. I had to book another hotel near by and the paid reservations was un answered. I end up staying at the Marriott for the same price per night with better service and staff over all. Do not stay here, you have been warned I'm from another country and trying to correct this issues had been a nightmare.

Remember, you get what you pay for. The place is cheap and provides complimentary breakfast which is a big positive. But it is overall relatively dirty and grimey. There is no elevator and the parking lot is small. For the price paid I can't expect much more but I rated three stars because of how rude the service was when we first arrived.

The place is nice enough, but the shuttle service is a bit confusing. The Days Inn people say to take the shuttle that says Sandman. The Sandman shuttle guy says he was not called, but he will do me a favor and take me anyway. I'm taking the shuttle every day, as I work at the airport for 5 days, so this adds an uneasy feeling of uncertainty to my stay. Everything else is fine.

Decent hotel with cozy furnishings. I found the beds to be too hard for my preference and the bed linens could have been cozier. Very convenient if flying from Toronto Pearson International Airport, especially with quick courtesy shuttle service. I would recommend for anyone looking for an inexpensive and short stay.

Klean kind and affordable. A 20-30 minuet drive to the city with free parking. No elevator but only 3 floors
