I stayed as this hotel on November 4th for my anniversary with my fiance. It was very clean and the service was very polite and professional. The only complaint I have is that like many people have pointed Out, the beds are very uncomfortable and despite what they advertise, the adjustment setting does not work one bit. To be fair, I could have called the front desk and complained and I didn't so I am not sure how they would have remedied the situation.

Location was great, friendly service. Property was clean and well maintained. Valet parking was a bit pricey and beds not the most comfy. Though there was a hot tub and pool, it was very small. Overall good experience though :)

Great place Weird that my shower had blinds for the room to look in at. The shower controls were odd. Didn't like having to pay extra for internet. Boo. Gym was nice and front desk very courteous.

Booked here last minute. Room was good size and comfortable. It was a little outdated but all was clean.
Expensive for what the room was but was an emergency reservation.
Staff was helpful and polite.
Location couldn't be beat for where it is in the city. Great restaurants near by, 10 min walk to the stadium and not much further a walk to the water.response / report this review -

Very good value! Very clean room, happy, helpful staff, and a really late standard checkout time. Loved the 2 queen room size and could see the CN Tower from our window without an up charge. Only negative would be that it's next to a noisy club so get a high floor. I heard nothing on the 14th.

Perfect location, walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and everything downtown. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Front desk staff could be a little nicer.

Nice hotel but extremely poor experience with the reservation system. Cancelled rooms for the weekend which was reflective on my Hilton App, unbeknownst to me the reservation wasn't cancelled and the hotel charged me for the room. When contacted by hotel management, they were less than helpful and accommodating. Poor experience which is surprising as I usually have excellent interactions and service from Hilton properties. Management at this location are unreasonable and do not have the customers best interest in mind

Well there were no bedbugs unlike another review. The floor (laminate) was not well cleaned. The alarm clock wasn't reset, so we were all woken at 7am. The fan had a bathroom, but that didn't work. The pool was well taken care of. The location was great -- near Rogers Centre. If this was a $99 Motel 6, it gets five stars. But it's not. It's a $370 Hilton, so I expect more.

Nice hotel and got a great rate. Our room, 511 was not very sound proof. We could hear the bar until closing from outside and we could hear the noise from the hallway like the people were in our room.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The only real complaint I have is how bad the scent of Cologne was everywhere in the hotel. It was like there was a Jersey Shore convention. The hotel can't do much but I think the circulation must be bad. It was the same scent all weekend.response / report this review -

The location is within walking distance of the CN Tower and the Convention Centre. We also walked to Queen Street for shopping. The room was nice, with a shower but no bathtub. Everything worked well and the water was hot. The staff were friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was no carpet which is our preference. The shower had excellent pressure. The Keurig was a splendid touch. The view was alright, Toronto isn't the nicest city to look at. Parking was crazy expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives nearby. It's maybe a 10 minute walk to the CN tower and convention centre. Overall, it was a great weekend.

The location of this hotel was perfect for the event I attended. Parking in this area is expensive for over night, so we opted for $14 undergroud parking at Larch St and walked 10 minutes or so to the hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The springs on the pull-out couch were very creaky though every time our additional guests moved in their sleep it woke us up.

Like all Garden Inns it's just an overpriced Hampton. The parking is a joke - I had to wait half an hour on the street just to get into the garage (the valet service was, of course, stupidly over priced). The room was nice though.
