Friendly staff. Clean remodeled rooms. Fresh breakfast. Plenty of parking. Cell tower is across the street, so you get over 100 Mbps. Prices are reasonable compared to the Metro Toronto.

Just 1 problem: There is a 18-wheeler container plant across the hotel, and they start moving them very early in the morning. Next to it, there is a Coke distribution center.

The front desk worker was beyond friendly and helpful. Took ten minutes to tell us the local hotspots and print out maps to them all for our group! Customer service was amazing and the rooms were impeccable!!!

Good hotel. Free breakfast, free Wifi, free coffee, can’t ask for anything more. Everything you need at a great affordable price. Rooms are big, and offer a small living room area.

STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS. THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD,
THE LOCATION IS IN A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, A BIT NOISY FOR OUR ROOM (GROUND LEVEL, FACING AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING.
SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, THE BREAKFAST, THE COMPUTER (INCLUDE PRINTER!), HOUSE KEEPING, EVERYTHING IS GOOD!
THE MATTRESS IS TOO SOFT.

A decent hotel. Not great, not terrible. The morning buffet had some good hot options in addition to the regular continental. We had an issue upon check in where we had reserved a crib but the one they had availible was broken. It seemed like they were going to tell us "oh well we have no others." It took some yelling from my husband and suddenly they found one that worked. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Nice, clean hotel. Staff I met were all friendly. Decent array of food options at the continental breakfast including some hot food. No restaurant on site, but various local restos deliver to the hotel and their menus are available from the front desk. Good stay overall!

I loved my experience at Fairfield Inn & Suite hotel. For the price you rent your room, the rest is totally worth it. You have access to a free parking, pool, jacuzzi, gym and the breakfast is included. The staff are so friendly and polite and they do not charge you extra hidden fees, unless you ask for an extra service that was not included in your offer. The room's are always clean and the beds are so comfy The hotel is not so far from the Pearson airport and it will take you 20 to 25 minutes to reach Toronto's downtown.

A new person was getting trained when we checked in so it was a little slow, but not bad. Everything was in order. The rooms were clean and the front desk provided great service. We left very early the next morning and again the staff was great.

Had a room on the 4th floor near the elevator. Concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate with smiley staff. Overall a good stay. Good pool and water slide as well.

Very friendly staff, lovely suite with a king size bed and decent size sitting area. Breakfast is typical Fairfield/courtyard Marriot buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, baked goods cereal and yogurt. Location is a bit odd, not close to anything but I commercial and light Industrial but it was quiet which is what matters for a good night sleep.

Extremely dissappointed. Although the rooms are big, and fairly clean. The ammenities of the hotel are seriously lacking. The pool is disgusting, 3 feet deep in the shallow area and cannot see the bottom through the murky water, half the reason for staying was the waterslide, it was not open. The "hot tub" was only warm, and the edges and corners were moldy. There also was no bar/lounge area. Or snack bar deli. I regret booking here..
