Hotel was fantastic, service was alright. Called in when leaving Barrie to get 2 rooms. Was told the "out the door total". Drove for 2 hours to get there only to find out that they expected me to double my costs in deposit amounts. Having a credit card on file was not good enough for them and they wouldn't even budge on $20 after the enormous cost to stay for 2 rooms. Staff and hotel are great, the management and policies are absurd.

Our room was clean, no bedbugs, and beautifully decorated. The free breakfast is WONDERFUL and so is the location. The downside is that the rooms are a bit small and the lighting is dim. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

THIS PLACE WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Never ever go here. The rooms are extremely small, and dirty, after sleeping in the beds we were itchy and left with bug bites. The service is terrible and doesn't meet your needs. After travelling all day we were ready to settle down in our hotel, little did they make it aware there was going to be a party downstairs when we booked. Wanting to sleep after being exhausted after a long day we were kept up by the extremely loud floor shaking noise until 2am and when we complained and asked for a refund they refused and said it was not their problem. If I could rate this any less than a 1 I would. If you go here you will regret every second of it.

I have never written a review before, but i would not want anyone to go through what i had to go through over the weekend with this "hotel". I Stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a wedding. I traveled all the way from NJ. my experience with this hotel was horrible from check in to check out. When we arrived to check in i was paying my balance with a debit card w/o a chip reader. The receptionist ARCHIE was very rude and proceeded to tell me he does not accept my card after swiping it twice. ARCHIE was telling me to take money out of their ATM or he will not take my debit card. The third swipe i leaned over to look at the card reader and it said approved interesting. I also paid my security deposit in cash. The rooms were decent, but housekeeping did not change sheets barely cleaned the room each day. The workers were very rude, i asked for directions and one lady kept walking. the next day of my stay ARCHIE from the front desk saw us walking into the building and asked who stayed in what room.. after we answered he said nothing at all. My cousin went to the front desk to see what the issue was and he said my card was charged for the wrong rate ( i needed to pay more) he will need to adjust it. After the message was relayed to me i went down to the front desk. Archie argued with me and refused to let me speak with his manager. I booked my hotel 9/10 my stay was on 9/30 nobody contacted me about these adjustments. When i finally talked to the manager he was just as bad as Archie. Checking out he would not give me my whole deposit because THEY made a mistake while booking my stay. I had to argue to get my money back. THIS IS A JANKY HOTEL do not stay here, there are other hotels close by. Pay the extra money because the customer service here is terrible.

Was there attending a party at the hall. The food tasted ok. The appetizers seem to be a little bit cold. The sound system is actually quite nice. For a party we had a great time dancing. It seemed like we were at a club. Sound system is great. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is in a quiet area near the airport. The rooms were small but clean. They have a good breakfast and free parking. It worked well for our one night stay in Toronto.

The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean but don't expect any using special, we paid for a jacuzzi but it leaked once we started the jets. The stay was adequate but not for the price we paid.

Breakfast was great. They actually had bacon and crisp home fries. The eggs need a little work. Another issue was that my room key had stopped working multiple times and had to get it reprogrammed. Over all it is a good hotel and will probably stay again.

The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but you must book it online to save yourself a couple of box, maybe 20 at least. the stay was okay, in the evening the front desk lady had good manner and had a good costumer service experience, but later the night shift, they were kind of bossy style. We needed an extra blanket and a pillow and had to go around for couple of times. Anyway, it wasn't that bad at all. They have plenty of parking area which is good and you do not need to pay for parking too.

The hall (for the wedding I attended) is beautiful! And the service was amazing. All the employees were professional and friendly and it was such an enjoyable evening!!!

This is just what we wanted. It's a small, older hotel, which I was not expecting based on the photos available on Google. The "convention center" is just a room about the size of a basketball court, and the interior rooms look out onto it, which gives a quaint feeling to the place. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is sufficient, and the parking is free.

A fairly small hotel for one being near the YYZ Pearson Airport. However, you shouldn't discredit it for being small. It's located in a good, close place to the Airport, and the parking lot is huge. It almost looks like there are more parking spaces than rooms available. The rooms itself are fairly clean, and garden variety - what you'd expect from a 3-Star hotel. Lights, TV, bedding, desk, toiletries, fridge, safe are all pretty standard stuff. I enjoyed the continental breakfast quite a bit there. You go in to sit at a fairly-open area in the middle of the hotel that could potentially be used as a banquet hall. My only complaint is that the key card somehow failed my second attempt getting in. While the issue was quickly fixed, it's something rare and I've never encountered that from staying at 50+ different hotels worldwide. Otherwise, good hotel with good prices.

Best bang for the buck!! Close to the airport, clean room, hard bed (just the way I love it), nice looking hotel overall. Super fast check in. Very friendly. I booked through hotwire so the deal was just right. It's a 2.5 star rating but I'd rate this 3 or 3.5.

Very good customer service didn’t have any issues checking in, calling for a reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk.
    Was pleased with all amenities.

Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span.
Will def stay again without hesitation!!

    - Cheers Ryan
