I stayed here for an extended time, 9 days. Ghee hotel room is nice, amenities seem okay. No hot water in the hot tub, but the pool is very warm. Rooms are clean and staff seem friendly. Reserving a room over the phone was very difficult. I reserved as a group and it was a nightmare since their reservation department is outsourced, they had no clue how to help us. after several attempts and escalations up the chain of command, someone was able to help at long last.

It would have been a 5 star but it is under construction. The room was quite amazing but the hallway to get to it was all ripped up. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful place. The reception ladies are very helpful. Under renovations so no breakfast at the moment. We forgive them as the work needs to be done.

The rooms are pretty good. The shower is very neat and is cleaned daily, but you can get it cleaned two times a day as well if you really want to. They give you unlimited coffee and unlimited whiteners. All of the rooms are equipped with highly efficient air conditioning systems. Also the windows are designed in a way that does not allow any of the obnoxious noise coming from the airport go inside the room.

The room was very nice and the customer service was great. Really the only downside was that they were still renovating and the hall was covered in dust. Once you made it inside though it was very clean and had everything we needed

I got a room with a a queen size bed for me and my husband and a pull out sofa for my son. When we got there we saw a hard oversized long chair as the pull out sofa. I got this room because it was cheap and then found out that we had to pay 50 dollars for parking. So we could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer.

Always stay at Travel lodge when flying out. We were informed that the hotel was under extreme renovations with all amenities closed. We decided to book there anyways. So glad we did! brand new rooms, bright, modern and super clean, no sign of bedbugs! (always a bonus!) Helpful friendly staff! would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Toronto.

It is currently under renovations, there are absolutely no amenities and everything from the front door up to your room door looks like a movie scene off a B rated Mob Movie. The rooms on the other hand a Excellent! Completely renovated and an escape from the reality that awaits outside your door! Once they are finished I have no doubt it will be anything but AMAZING. However until then go somewhere else, especially considering there is no discount for the horrible conditions of the facility!

The location is convenient for the airport and catching a bus to downtown, and the breakfast is pretty good! The hotel is currently under renovation while still open to guests so it's not quiet during the day or clean in the hallways right now, but the finished bits look amazing so far and I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete.

Mediocre Hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Price was reasonable.
Location, only good because the hotel is near the airport.
Quality of Room was not great, see attached pictures. The windows didn't cut out much noise and the room smelled of a former cigarette suite.
Stay here only because of the value, rather than anything else.
