Staying here for work for a week and I came back before the room was cleaned. I saw the cleaning crew on my floor and asked when they would be heading to my room to decide if I should stick around or let them clean. Eduarda said she would do mine right away. Amazing service! The front desk staff were amazing as well. Melanie was amazing and helped me when I had a WIFI issue. The rooms are immaculate and the fitness room is very clean, as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Great space! Great decor and great rooms. The spa and pool are really nice and there is a gym as well. The beds are so comfy and the service is really nice. The hotel is close to Oakville cineplex and next to bus roads

Stars lost because the blanket was stained, and there was dirt crusted on floor by the dresser. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan (maybe air circulated a different way?). Fridge didn't have a freezer at top (first time we encountered this). Everything else was fine. I likely would stay again, not a horrible experience. Give it 3.5 stars.

First time in Toronto and the hotel was inviting restaurant bar was nice but drinks were a bit weak but the bar tenders were great.

The rooms were nice and clean. We asked for a second blanket though, and were simply given an empty douvet cover instead.

The stay here itself was fine, but I was a little surprised to be asked for an 800 dollar up front deposit for a room which cost 600 for the whole stay. I'm used to paying deposits, this was extreme. Everything else was reasonable though.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as its only minute from my office, with lots of parking, and beautifully kept grounds.
While the location is beside the QEW the rooms are very quiet so noise is not a problem.
The service has been wonderful so far. I did have to wait for my room to be ready at check-in but the front desk agent was very apologetic and offered me something from the sundries shop. He also offered me a different room, but since I selected the room during my online check-in and liked that it was bigger than other rooms I insisted on keep the room.
The room itself is very spacious and clean and has a whirlpool in the bedroom which is nice to soak in after a long day of work. The in-room dining has been delicious with prompt and curious service. The only complaint is have is with the duvet cover - the back of the cover is made of polyester and is scratchy so it was hard to get comfortable and I had to pull the comforter off the bed to sleep.
Overall I really like the hotel and it's amenities and will definitely stay there again.response / report this review
