Disgusting hotel. Dirty bathroom in room, paper thin walls. No proper heat. Poor service. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Good place to stay with lots of food options close by. Its a $15 cab ride or $12 uber to the ACC.

So I stayed at this hotel on Monday Oct 30th for a concert at Massy Hall. It was a good location but was not worth the money. We were put in room 108 which was an average room until six in the morning when we were awoken by the sounds from the room above us. To the credit of the guests in that room, it was not their fault. The floor between the rooms was old and sounded like a hundred year old house creaking and squeaking. It was soooo loud I recorded it with my phone and that's saying something. I am sure we were not the first to experience that and won't be the last. The sounds dragged on for two hours and made for and awful time. Never Again!!

The comfort inn is more than you would expect from a 2 star hotel. Rooms are a bit small but adequate and nicely furnished. However, when err checked in, we found hairs and dirty on the sheets so we slept on the covers instead

I only stay there for 2 nights, so it's not too too bad. The location is great as it's not far from downtown, and there are a bunch of food spots around the area. The room is a little bit below average because it's not that clean and it doesn't hold the noise at all. The size of the room is average, but the bathroom is quite small in my opinion. During my stay on New year's eve, the room closed to me was having a drama. I heard people cried screamed and so on, and that was a real pain since I could hear those noises. Overall, I'd say the hotel is OK as is. Luckily, people on your floor won't cry and scream like what happened to me. Oh, the free breakfast is decent though :)

It's okay to stay there for a night or two. Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is alright. On the other side, the walls are really thin, so you can hear other people coming back late at night which makes it difficult to fall asleep. Prices are rather steep as well in my opinion and at least a solid twenty-five percent above what it's actually worth.

Location was decent for the price. Could have been cleaned better. Window AC unit and radiator were noisy.

Comfortable hotel and reasonably priced. The room was a little dusty, but othewise clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are thin so you can hear other people easily.

Not the best place to stay. It is close to downtown Toronto and you can easily walk to all attractions. It is not super clean, but okay. The sheets are not white, they have a hint of grey to it. Skip the breakfast, it is not worth it. Carpet is needs to be changed. The washrooms are acceptable but they need better towels.
