The hotel was great for a quick stay before a trip! The pool area could use some work but the beds and pillows were lovely. The person driving the airport shuttle barely spoke to us and was kind of short when he did, but he did help with the luggage in and out of the van. Half win? I think so. :D

No frills hotel. Pretty decent restaurant attached. I think it's a seniors dance on Sat night's. Kinda loud for dinner if you're not into the entertainment. And believe me the seniors dance is definitely entertaining. Rooms have coffee machines

We found our room not updated at all. The bed was a small queen at best..the mattress was in need of a new one. The lights..microwave had to be plugged in b4 we could use them. The air controls opening was stuck closed until we had to force open so we could put some heat on. We paid over two hundred US dollars which we thought was way over price as for we just stayed in a Comfort in Charlotte NC for $71.00 a night in August. We stayed in room 609 in Toronto so please come and check out the bed and and the whole room. The dirt on the bathroom door..I mean we could go on and on.

Building is under renovation. My room was new and was quite good. Staff have been helpful. No complaints.

Pretty good location as long as you have a car, but rooms are quite old even though the top floor was supposedly renovated. Gym looks like it's the size of a storage closet. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby which is nice (no breakfast though). Beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are great.

Great value for a place to stay while visiting Toronto. The hotel is close to major highways and roads. The staff were welcoming, the lobby was clean and our room was just perfect. I would definitely both stay here again and recommend others to stay here!

Location was pretty good. Across the street was the woodbine racetrack. Close access to the highway and being close to the airport was a plus. Though I don't think there's much other than McD. The room itself looked clean, washroom was clean. Door of the bathroom was a bit rundown/old but nothing to complain too much about. Only thing is, it was quite easy to hear people talking outside when though our room's door was closed. Overall better than average.

Affordable but disappointed the shuttle was booked for the time we needed to go to the airport despite paying extra for a fly and park rate. One elevator was broken so we waited about 15 min to go up to our room. Very loud kids running around our floor too.

We had a late night reservation due to a missed connection flight. The hotel was able to accommodate us. We were able to schedule a shuttle back to the airport the next morning. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is exactly what we needed! Bathroom was clean and shower was great.

Reception guy was so rude when I called to get price. He hung up the phone and never answered the phone when I called back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
