Great place, been there quite a few times.. however this time there was a leak in the roof and my phone got completly soaked. The front desk simply advised they will advise the concierge and did not care about the damage that was done.

I was visiting friends and relatives from the United States and was recommended to stay here as it was close by to them for a decent price. Nice place to stay for travelers, although we did have to switch rooms at first and the elevator was not working on some days.

Good value hotel. Breakfast was continental style (bagels, toast, cereal, frozen waffles) hot eggs and sausages were subpar. Very clean though, staff super helpful, restaurant on site was delicious! Spa and pool were nice.

The rooms are great, although I had a bad experience with the house keeping person(Charles). Rest assured the hotel is great. Make sure you get to the breakfast area before 8:30, because officially the breakfast ends at 9:30 A.M but it all gets over by 8:30.

We managed to get some sleep with working AC units, that's it for the positive.
The place needs to be refreshed in a very near futur before turning into a complete dump. We will not be returning.

We stayed there for two nights. It was good. The bed was comfortable, even the cot they provided for my daughter. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good. It is not super fancy but it is good for the price.

I stopped by the Stag Head pub and had a wonderful time. Food was great, and the service was spectacular. 10/10 would return

Where do I even start with this place. Giving it 1 star is extremely generous. Avoid staying at this so-called hotel at all costs. From the pathetic service to the disgusting room, this building really should be burnt to the ground- and this is exactly what I told the un-trained hotel concierge. We had to switch rooms because the door next to us opened and closed over 40 times in a two hour span, leading me to believe there was a drug operation going on. It wasn't hard to tell that this place is used for prostitution as well; seeing over a handful of sketchy hooded weirdo's crawling the hallways. When I asked for a new room the woman at the front desk clearly hasn't been empowered to make a decision like this. From the top down this management team needs a wake up call. She told me she couldn't switch and I explained the situation. She said she had to call her boss (at midnight..weird) to see if it was ok. After pulling teeth for this to finally happen, the woman down graded us to what looked like a hostel in an Iraqi war-zone. Carpets ripped up, cheap aged decor, holes in walls, toilet paper covering the peep hole, dirty pillows, a bag covering the heater, the room freezing cold, dust and debris all over the carpets, hallway smelt like pot, mould on walls, damp carpet (pictures all attatched). I felt like I was staying in a room full of disease- certainly a place that wouldn't pass building code or a health and safety audit. Completely shocking experience and an eye opener. I thought the hospitality industry had trained people that took pride in their workplace and accommodating guests with confidence in their service and cleanliness. I couldn't get my money back because we booked with Hotwire. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good location right off the highway. Convenient if you're staying in Scarborough. Rooms were clean and nice but a bit small. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.

It had great service. One of the best ever. They were very respectfully of my situation. I will definitely be coming back.
