They totally screwed up my reservation and booked it from a different day from the rest of my group. They didn't have any rooms left so I had no place to stay. Then they charged me for the room that I didn't get or use. Totally incompetent staff at this hotel. I would not recommend and we will not be back to this hotel. I was not going to leave a bad review until I got charged for a room that was not available.

Got a surprise upgrade to an executive suite (not very "executive" but it had a great view of the Vancouver skyline. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful with booking transportation back the train station at the end of our stay.

Generally nice place, a seabus ride away from Downtown Vancouver. Attached to a quiet mall with good food choices. However, they close somewhat early. Rooms are nice, but nothing fancy - soft beds, decent water pressure, mostly quiet (on 3rd floor).

Fantastic, courteous service. Staff are very helpful and easy to talk to. Room was tastefully decorated and kept very clean. Amenities such as robes and slippers and complimentary chocolates were also appreciated. Unfortunately it was very difficult to find a channel that worked on the TV, but the area was so full of things to do it hardly mattered.

I didn't pay, so I'll just state that upfront. The rooms appeared as one would expect, however the soundproofing it's fairly poor. I could easily hear conversations in the hallway and in the adjacent room. The market at Lonsdale Quay is pretty cool, and having a large public transportation hub right beside the hotel is a nice feature.

Very nice waterfront view. Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Parking was a little odd but figured out quickly. Definitely will stay there again.

Got a special deal from expedia.

Worth the stay, front desk staff is friendly, parking bit crowded during the day, easy to access the food court with different type of foods

Overall good experience. Staff at the front desk were helpful but sometimes came across as abrupt and disorganized. Rooms were clean and decent quality.

The rooms are nice. Great little views of the harbour from both sides of the hotel. Our shower had a bit of mildew, but not the end of the world. Being in the quay building is really convenient. Two tips: the connected icbc parking garage next door is free on weekends/after hours, and rinse your cups to get rid of the soap taste (like nearly hotels using glass these days)

It was a clean, comfy bed for the night. Nothing fancy. You could tell the room used to be a double queen, but they removed a bed. They replaced it with an oversized leather chair, but it just didn't seem to flow with the room. It was still quite empty. The view was great! The place really needs an interior decorator if they want to elevate the rooms.
