Front staff and check in was lovely. Very dispointed when I arrived to my room. Food debris was left on floor from housekeeping. Bathroom smells heavily of mould. Wouldn't suggest this best Western location

I had my doubts, but so happy I booked this hotel. Free parking,Free breakfast, and Free internet made the trip so much more affordable. I drove everywhere since it was raining and the location of this hotel is 10 min from all the attractions. Supermarket next door to get snack at night and friendly staff to answer your questions. For the price and location this is a winner. Does not look like much but don't let it's appearance fool you

Great hotel to stay at. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Very close to everything …restaurants, bars, sky train, bus stops, shops, etc . you won't regret your stay. The breakfast room is a little small and there was no place to sit when we came down to eat. Awesome place non the less.

Clean rooms, very comfortable bed. Great convenient location. Only problem was the noise of the heating/cooling unit and the soundproofing of room. I could hear everything outside my room.

Hotel is clean and okay for the price. The Expo or Canada line Skytrain stations can be reached with a short bus ride. There is a small mall across the street. Breakfast is minimal and we found that the omelets were on the cold side not sure if this is a one time thing or not. Some boiled eggs would be nice. If you want to be right downtown you will pay more so it's a nice compromise. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Good - awesome and friendly staff, clean, very professional and hardworking cleaning staff, good location to quickly get downtown, ROGERS Arena or Granville Island, very quiet in rooms, reasonable price for Vancouver, pretty decent breakfast, no bed bugs.
The Not so Good - rooms are a bit banged up and dated, poor water pressure, our sink was plugged and would not drain properly, AC unit was very noisy, breakfast area is very small and often not enough places to sit, not enough on site parking stalls (only for about a third of the number of rooms), not enough fresh fruit options at breakfast, our bed mattress was a bit soft and lumpy. For the price though, we were generally satisfied as we were out all day touring around. You decide what is important to you. Give it 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5.

Room is very small and expensive considering the Hotel is located on a very noisy street. Breakfast room is very small and crowded, one day we had to eat in the lobby as there was no room left. The underground parking spaces are incredibly small and overall tight to manoeuvre in even though the building is relatively new. The parking access gate has a very difficult to operate and reach card controlled system. We have stayed at many BW properties all over North America and this is by far the most expensive and smallest room we have encountered so far. We realize Vancouver is a red hot market for housing but it would appear this has extended to Hotels as well, next time Air BNB .

Clean room comfortable bed. Good shower
As per usual with Best Western. Some locations are pricier and have more upgrades than others. But generally the quality and value is consis tent.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy with the hotel. We would recommend it to anyone asking for a suggestion of a hotel in Vancouver. The location was great. It is in the downtown area. There is a bus line right across the street. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The bed was great and the room was clean. Staff were very helpful.

Very friendly staff, which is the only good thing this hotel has going for it. I hated this hotel. Like I mentioned, the staff here are great, the rooms are clean, but very small. Some items in my room where broken and not working, cant speak for the rest of the rooms here. CONS: The deal breaker is the fact that this hotel has a MAJOR pigeon problem! They claw at the heating vents all day and night long. It is extremely loud inside the rooms. My first night at this hotel I only got a couple hours of sleep due to the pigeons, I complained and the staff tried to help me out by moving me to a new room on the other side of the building, but here too had extremely loud pigeons that you can hear loudly inside of your room. When I complained, I was shocked to learn that this is a regular occurrence. The staff informed me that most people complain that there are "rats in the walls making lots of noise" and that the staff have to explain that they aren't rats, that they are pigeons. That should give you all a good idea of how loud the pigeons sound throughout the day and night. Its too bad, because otherwise the beds are pretty comfy and I could imagine getting a good nights sleep here. I do not recommend ever staying at this hotel, unless they fix their bird problems.

Hotel is nice. Super clean, well maintained. Hotel restaurant isn't bad. Italian trained chef. A bit on the expensive side.

Excellent helpful staff, very clean rooms, terrific breakfast - although I did not use the fitness room, that was also very good. Nice courtyard area to go and have your coffee. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. Free underground parking a nice bonus!

As the 3 stars suggest, there was nothing particularly good or bad about this hotel. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was similar to most others: sausage, eggs, cereals, bagels and breads, milk, juice, etc.
My biggest complaint would have the be the inclusion of parking on their website. While technically, they do have underground parking, if you are driving anything larger than a small car, it will be a challenge to get in and out of the garage. The spaces are incredibly tight, as are the turns needed to navigate through the garage.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast in the morning was good. The front desk was super helpful in helping us get to our even at Rogers Arena.

Very poor experience. Hotel under Renovation. Had to Park elsewhere. Cleaning Staff would not let me in elevator, told me to wait then held elevator for 10 min on a different floor and made me take stairs. Bed very hard. Microwave taken out of room. Staff had a problem speaking English. Very noisy with traffic sounds and sirens all night. Zero stars. Don't stay here. Period.
