Not the greatest. Hair dryer didn't work, no microwave, short on towels, no facecloths, ceramic tile and lots of tiled stairs that are wet when raining-very slippery. Need to have mats in foyer. No railings at entrance. Room was missing 3 lightbulbs. Left note in room for housekeeping but they obviously could not read. People in next room were smoking something in pipes (not pot) right outside our room and very noisy in the middle of the night-very little sleep. Would not recommend.

Avoid this hotel and if you can't at least avoid room 126, I stopped by after a 10 hour drive looking for a vacant room, greeted by a tall brown man with no name tag, and after clicking and hitting random keyboard buttons he said he had a deal for me. I asked to check the room first and he said that wasn't a normal procedure, after going in a smelly room and getting over it, I then got comfortable in bed I then realized the room window was right beside a back door which slammed like an atomic bomb every time people were in and out which obviously was often, not to mention there is no sound proof walls or doors/windows, you could hear every single thing happening outside the room as if you were sleeping in the hall, even coin drops in vending machines, went back to complain about the rip off, and instead of acknowledging the issue, first thing he says with no eye contact "try to change room tomorrow".. I was only staying for the night! the he goes "what do you want me to do for you?". most unprofessional customer service I had ever faced period.

Cute little hotel, just a block away hookers can be picked up. Saw 2 within 10 mins. Great Vietnamese restaurants across the street. Can't wait to return here.

I'm usually a pretty positive rater, but not this time. I know rates go up on weekends, but ended up getting charged over $300 for one night. Felt more like a $50 a night room. At least there were some nice flowers in the courtyard.

What a dump. Staff were the most un-welcoming. Basically threw my cards back at me. The rooms are gross. There wasn't a single cloth or towel in the room. It doesn't look like the room has been swept or mopped in years. The window in the bathroom was wide open with no screen in it. This place needs to a meeting with a dozer and a scrap heap

Was expensive for what it was. Rooms were super small. Service very great. Really enjoyed the little atrium in the middle area. Decent experience all around.

The hotel is located in central Vancouver and is close to a bus stop. 30 min far from downtown by bus and skytrain if you are not in rush. The Chinese are dominant in the neighbourhood especially lots of Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants around. There is one Canadian restaurant cross the street.
Good service and staff. Beautifull garden inside the hotel. The breakfast is continental and the room is a little bit small.
    The wireless is sometimes slow.
Generally I was happy during my stay. There is another Days inn in downtown which might be better for you if you need to be closer to dt. Worth to mention that there is a McDonald's next to the hotel.

Very relaxing and quiet. Beutifull courtyard of trees and flowers. Peaceful. 5 stars in our book. Made the park Inn look like a slum

Pleasantly surprised! Often, such, "inner city" budget friendly establishments are run down and unloved. However, this place is well kept, clean and furnished with modern appointments, if not always modern facilities. The linens are soft, the toiletries pleasant and the mattresses comfortable. The central atrium is nicely landscaped and the gardening rather lovingly attended to. Staff are efficient and the breakfast, though hardly fulsome or unique, is edible and plentiful. All in all, a pleasant and comfortable Inn. If you expect classy appointments and lots of amenities, look elsewhere. If you need a decent night's sleep, come on down!

Great hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly. I received a call upon arriving to my room to make sure everything was okay. The room was clean with a decent amount of space. The breakfast was decent. Overall a great deal for the money.

Convenient location, close to the downtown area. One of the few places in Vancouver that has two queen beds in a room. Property offers wifi and a free breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean. Amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer.

Rooms aren't the most modern but are nicely cleaned and we'll furnished. The motel is located perfectly in the middle of Vancouver and a short walks distance from everything you could want to go! That's why I chose this place. Staff is very friendly.

Nice little hotel, not fancy or posh but provides a comfortable room for a reasonable price. I am satisfied with the check in/out service, the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Breakfast is included although it's very simple fare and room service is provided by a small restaurant opposite the hotel. McDonald's is right next door.
