Great clinic. Staff at front desk are super nice and helpful. Office manager (Alexandra) is approachable and always available to answer questions. Dr. Dao is a wonderful and highly skilled chiropractor. Nathalie (RMT) is amazing at her practice -very present and compassionate.

My wife suffers from migrianes. Dr. Rattansi and the whole staff make her feel great and she always looks forward to her treatment.

Extremely friendly front desk staff, I'm always greeted with a smile. They allow you to make an appointment for the "drop-in" clinic which is convenient and is open on Saturdays. However, still do expect a 10-15mins wait for the drop-in appointments upon arrival. Most of the drop in doctors are also very friendly!

I had spinal surgery back in Aug 2016 and started going to Emkiro the following Nov. for physiotheraphy. The staff is extremely knowledgable and worked as a team to ensure i received the best care possible! I highly recommend Emkiro and special thanks to the staff who have been treating me!

Great staff. The reception desk is always full of smiling faces. The massage lady (aka Natalie) is an amazing person and has hands of gold. Taz in the physio section has treated many of my ailments and even stayed late for my appointments. She's great and typically on time which is a bonus.

For as long as I can remember I have suffered from chronic lower back pain that was "treated" by painkillers, as advised by my family physician. I eventually got fed up by masking the pain with pills so I decided to seek alternative help and that's when I came across chiropractor care. Now, I didn't want to go to just any chiropractor, I wanted to ensure that the next specialist who was going treat me was someone who I could trust. Dr. Dao is THAT person. What I love most about our visits is that I never feel rushed even though I know he has a busy schedule ahead of me. I get that sense that he genuinely cares about his patients well-being and is exceptionally skilled at his job. He is extremely intelligent and doesn't hesitate to share his knowledge with you so you know what's going on with your body. I feel like a million bucks after each session, I've got a lot to work on but the results are surely there. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a chiropractor

Only thing good about this place is the reception. But, if you are looking for a good doctor you've come to the wrong place!
They are very particular about the appointment time but even though I reached on time they made me wait for nearly an hour. After waiting for so long, the doctor said that she can only take care of one complaint. So if you've got two ailments, keep suffering from one of them till your next appointment.
The doctor seems more disturbed about the ailment than me, which is even more upsetting to the patient. This place is good if you want referral and refill on your prescription. Other than that its best to steer clear of this clinic.response / report this review -

After months of tolerating pain in my neck and upper back, I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Dao. I was impressed at the time he spent to understand my problems so he could provide tailored recommendations. Everything was very well explained and it shows just how much he truly cares about his patients needs.
From only a few treatments with Dr. Dao, I have noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulders. His pressure is firm, positive, and well targeted to the problem areas. He's very thorough and professional, yet calming and friendly, I highly recommend him!response / report this review -

I was treated by Dr. Dao for my lower back pain. He was effective in offering me various treatment methods. He ensured that I was comfortable during the treatment process. He has a great rapport with his patients which I believe transfers to a more enjoyable experience from the pain you may feel during treatment. I would highly recommend him.
