Horrible. The two girls at the front desk don’t know what they are doing. When they make a mistake, they start making up weird lies that don’t add up just to cover each other. The managers are not reachable at all on weekends. They charged my card 4 times for 4 different prices. Some of the sheets were still stained. The TV’s are horrible. The WiFi is slow. I traveled all the way from NY to Brampton and I woke up with an overdraft for almost $400. And I still haven’t received a callback from the manager, nor have I gotten my refund.

Great service. We got upgraded to a Hugh room !, used there laundry facility worked great, nice location would stay here again .

Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. But I stayed there for two nights and room service never came. Room wasn't the cleanest (pillows, towels, and walls were stained, used floss on bathroom floor, no garbage bags) . This hotel is only subpar.

Clean enough and convenient. This isn't going to be the best hotel you've ever stayed in but at least there's no surprises. The shower was particularly clean and had excellent water pressure, a definite plus!

Clean rooms, the breakfast was good considering the fees, there are a few restaurants nearby. Employee (I arrived late in the evening so I only met one of them) was polite and helpful.

I went here to get a U-Haul truck. It's not usually busy, managed to get that truck in less than 10 minutes. Service at the front desk was quick and helpful. The hotel seemed clean. I don't know about the rooms because I haven't stayed here. The location is good, if you go down Queen Street, you'll reach downtown Brampton. Lots of bus stops near by to get around the city as well as the GTA.

4 stars for the customer service. I didn't stay there.never did, but arranged for an urgent accommodation for an employee of mine and MIKE was fantastic! Very helpful and understanding.

Bed was clean, could have used a bigger or heavier blanket. Heater was loud but effective. Other occupants woke us up a couple of times throughout the night having loud conversations in the hall. Breakfast was great, though muffin tasted like a cupcake and frosted flakes cereal was really corn flakes (my inner child cried). Realtively speaking my complaints (outside of guests being loud throughout the night) were minor and realative to the the price this was great.
