A dirty, filthy, run down building that is somehow still being operated. Just GROSS!

The building is in NEED of a complete makeover.
Everything about this motel is terrible. The walls are stained, carpets are marked up, the rooms are sketchy, it smells bad in hallways. The elevators don't work, the employees don't respond to any of your concerns. The cleaners don't do a good cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen or bedrooms for that matter. Hair remains in the shower, empty shampoo bottles and toilet paper rolls are everywhere! There's no A/C to help ventilate the horrible air quality in this building.

The premises of the parking lot is a disaster!!! The garbage is torn open, liquid leaking from the bags.
They encourage raccoons, bed bugs and mice to live here.

I feel sorry for students and other people renting this place yearly. People shouldn't have to live in such a poor condition. This is bad for your health on every level.

It's good they have so much security and keep track of everyone coming in. It allows for a pretty safe environment despite the looks of the area. They can definitely benefit from renovations in the lobby and elevators. Most of the floor lights in the elevator didn't work.

Good place to stay if you only plan to stay in the city for 1-2 nights. Its about 25min walk to Union Station. The best thing about the hostel is the rooftop terrace on the 22nd floor which offers amazing views. Breakfast is included. Its was okay, you get to choose four items (bagel, apple, OJ). The rooms are tiny. Neighborhood was alright, but not the best place to walk around at night.

On the 9th floor in a 5 bedroom dorm. Could use a little detailed cleaning but overall fairly good. Could use some fans during this heat wave. But a good value for the price. I would come again.

AMAZING rooftop view of the city.

Easy checkin. Room is small but today and comfy. Fan on offer if you need it.

Don't park here, they want you out by midday. Park up the street at the car park.

For the price, it was worth the one night stay. The views are nice and some of the staff was nice. The room was a bit dingy but it wasn't a deal-breaker so we stuck it out for a night because other plans fell through. We were not given a receipt and were not told the check out time. We were only told our car had to be out of the garage by noon. When we went to get the car and leave, clearly not rushed at all, they told us they had already charged our account for being late. We argued that was total crap and we wanted to see a manager. We were told if our receipt had the check-out time underlined, clearly we were the liars. Of course, nothing in their paperwork was underlined or marked and they talked to us like we were the idiots. I would never recommend a place that treats paying customers with such disrespect when mistakes were clearly made. The staff was so uncomfortable because they knew they were wrong but there was also no adults or managers available to fix the problem. Basically, we had to deal with a bunch of college kids until we just gave up and told them to shove the 20$. So as long as you know that check-out is 10 AM NOT NOON, you will probably have about the same mediocre experience we did.
