Great place for during hockey tournament. We had a separate building to ourselves. Rooms are nice.

We booked the Newmarket Inn due to a wedding in the area and decided to stay 2 nights. Initially it seemed like a problem to book - the person we spoke to on the phone did not offer any confirmation and then sent details about our booking to another person in our party with the same last name. However, when we arrived, service was prompt and pleasant and there were no issues on check in. It was quiet overnight and the room was large and clean. The pool area looked well kept as well.

I would definitely stay here again, with the expectation that it is more of a classic motel experience than a hotel (eg: paper sign in, 2 storey drive up buildings).

Doesn't look like much when you drive in, but the rooms are very large, clean, quite modern. Very good value for your money! Beautiful landscape all around the property, has a decent sized pool, as well as a tennis court. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very, very basic. If we ever need a place in Newmarket again, it will be there.

The rooms were clean and decent. At about 3:30 AM some intoxicated people began yelling and screaming outside our rooms. The front desk blamed us. After the confusion they gave us written confirmation they would refund 2 of our 3 rooms for the inconvenience and accusation. They gave us $50 of nearly $170 that the 2 rooms cost. Never stay here. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Okay, so first the good: decently clean rooms, pot of coffee in the rooms is pretty swell too

And now the bad: had (very obvious) crackheads wander over to my balcony at 2:30am, and I told them to leave. Whatever. Then they came again and one knocked at my door for 4. They left after the inn keeper called us and thought the randoms were with us, then the cops to scare away the crackheads. I just wanted to sleep.

The overnight keeper then signed a dated, hand written letter to the daytime staff for a refund for our 2 rooms. The daytime staff gave us $25 per room instead.

They also don't have microwaves in the rooms, and no access to the single lobby microwave after 11pm.

Sleep in your car.

Very friendly staff. stayed for three nights with our girls and they loved the pool area and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and will defiantly go back again. Thank you again newmarket inn.

We left at 6am and we're hoping the continental brekkie would be ready. It was not! Room was great, clean and spacious. Price was 170 after tax which was rich for us but the brekkie would of helped push the rating up regardless of the price.
