The place is comfortable and the staff is great. I have always been happy to stay at this location, which I have a few times but seems like the manager is not good at responding to customer concerns which i am very disappointed with. I will probably not stay here again because clearly this location does not care about keeping their customers happy. We had a double booking and double payment and still hunting for the manager who is mever available the situation was never resolved.

It would have been convenient if lunch was available for purchase sonwendont have to drive around and look for places to go. Although there was free water, free coffee and tea would be a bonus. Other than that the place is clean and people are friendly and nice.

The location is perfect - near the highway, shopping and restaurants. The motel is comfortable and rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and will help whenever asked.

This inn is good value for the price. There isn't a restaurant or any sort of convenience area within however. The go train is only a 10-15 minute walk and there is all sorts of shopping nearby including a whole foods.

Nice and clean rooms . Staff is friendly. Perfect stay for overnight. Complementary breakfast is served. Great selection of tv channels and on demand movies. Having a microwave and mini fridge is always a bonus. We got the hot tub room but the jets didn't work. Other than that . We have a great stay.

Nice and clean rooms with renovated bathrooms and fixtures. Ver much recommended for a family stay. They offered complimentary breakfast too, it was surprising at it was supposed to be "buy your breakfast" as per the online booking

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL -- I Booked a reservation for my husband with a confirmed rate and even had an email confirming the rate. When he checked out in the morning - he was charged $15 more. When he said he had a confirmed rate that was cheaper, the front desk person said too bad he had to pay the higher rate.
As my husband was in a hurry to get to a meeting, he didn't have time to argue with the front desk guy. I have called the hotel twice to discuss this with someone, each time I was told it would be looked into and I have not heard anything from anyone and it has been almost two weeks. This is not a large amount but if this hotel is getting reservations and then charging everyone more - TOTAL DISHONEST!!!response / report this review -

The customer service was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. However, the bedding was very thin and the sheets and towels were uncomfortable. The decor is in need of an update. The breakfast included was nice, but again the dining area could use an update.

Was a little worried during booking, but showed up and was pleased. What's using hotel tonight. Great was very fair. The property and the lobby were very clean. Check-in was simple and quick. Room was clean, but the bathroom was very dated. Unfortunately comma I found nothing edible at breakfast. Pastries were very, very stale. I did not sample anything else. Overall,a very nice stay at a great price.
