Pretty standard service and room. We just needed a place to sleep for one night and this was good enough

If I could I'd give 0 stars. Prior to making my reservation online I've called the hotel to make sure debit card is accepted upon check in. Jeremy, someone I talked to when I called the hotel, has told me that debit would be fine for the deposit and that's it's $100. I said that's good and made my reservation.
When I've arrived at the hotel though, it was a completely different story. Someone different staff member pretended like he doesn't know who Jeremy is and kept saying debit is no good for payment it's a policy. I've asked him two questions by that time and he failed to answered them. I've also wrote to the management stating that they're personnel is lying over the phone or not even trained the proper way to do business.
Bottom line, as a human being, I don't tolerate liers. Especially when it comes to working with popular chains such as super 8 hotels.
I just don't understand why the morning staff would tell me I can pay one way and the afternoon staff will tell me the opposite? Can someone please explain
As of right now I'm not recommending this hotel to anybody, even my worst enemy.response / report this review -

No cable. Call girls, pimps and drugdealers in hallways. No pool or gym and moldy towels. Worst super 8 ive been too. Do not recommend

Very disappointed that this place let's people live in the parking lot and beg for money from people.
My wife stayed here last week for a week and every day she came out she seen this guy in his Red Mazda 3 the license plate number starts with BJET ___ picking up smoke butts .
Then he comes to my wife and ask for money.
This is not a very nice thing to see or be around.
My wife says this guy is scary looking his car is full of his things.
This is to the manager at Super 8 if you don't clean this up we will not return.response / report this review -

Generally clean. Basic accommodations. Restaurant on site closes for the day at 3pm! Asian multiple choice food bar questionable. Find some where else to eat an evening meal.

I went here for a social event and I must say I was impressed with the customer service and the attentiveness to the guests. The only draw back was that the dining area was quite small. Other than that if you're dropping by it is an impeccable place to stay.

Place was clean check in was easy. Room had a stale smoke smell but it was a non smoking room. Room was a tad small and the shower head was very white with the water grime. Room was clean though and I can't complain. Breakfast was not so great compared to other super 8 we have been on vacation Bacon and gets were not fully cooked and cooking staff didn't speak english.

Was good for overnight stay. Had a pool for the kids. A nice jetted tub in the room. Beds were comfy. No room service. Had to go to the front desk for stuff but overall it was good

Spacious gas station having touch less car wash, vacuum cleaner, separate gas dispensers for big trucks, tuck shop, hotel and superb staff

The pic of the roof was the view from my room which cost $107 including taxes. The room was clean and spacious but the bed was so hard on the back. There are no iron or iron board in the rooms, the front desk takes an iron to the room when one is requested with no ironing board on their own timeline.

Clean rooms decent breakfast, very friendly and accommodating service. I would have liked it if the rooms had a proper desk, even the ones for long term term stays with 2 beds, while they do have a fridge and microwave, still only just have a small round single person table.
