Without a doubt one of the most affordable places to stay in town and for what you pay, a pretty good value. Everything is clean. The location is awesome. Beware the $25 parking charge, so if you get a great deal on a room, add that on to the total. The customer service last time we stayed was outstanding. I accidentally booked the wrong date on Priceline and they authorized a refund and gave us another reservation (at a higher rate of course). They could have just said too bad, no refunds, so that was pretty good of them.

We've stayed there 2x for different events downtown. In the future, I would prefer to pay a little more and get a better hotel. The beds are old and not comfortable. The shower doesn't get hot even on the hottest setting. No fridge in the rooms. Not great pillows.

So far very good and clean place to spend time with my God to pray and meditate while i prepare for tuesday and the battles ahead. I thank my family for their massive generosity in providing a place for me to be at peace. The hotel is exceptional. Only thing i didn't like about it is that the hotel required a 250.00 deposit that my sister and mother had to come down in person after they both had gone down for the night at home, to present her identity card with credit card yet was able yo book everything online. Other than that weird and undelightful event, the place is 5 stars

Without a doubt it's the best hotel in Vancouver suburb and Surrey area. Professionally trained welcome staff, squeaky clean rooms, 24 hour fitness facility and fresh hot breakfast. Work and play all day with 24 hour business center and a highly rated bar/pub on premises with daily drink specials. You'll never want to leave.

Housekeeping crew were very friendly. Lobby staff not as friendly. We went to attend a baby shower. When we went in, we went straight to the counter and told them we were there for a baby shower. Front desk staff responded. "Well i dont know which one it is cause we have 2 going on at the same time" and just stood there. Maybe they could have said that there were 2 and ask which one we the the guest of. She just didn't look very interested in helping us. But house keeping ladies were very friendly and even interacted with our kids.

Clean, current and cozy. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again. The AC unit was noisy at times but worked well. Great staff and marvelous atmosphere. Basic breakfast. So glad we booked this motel!

Huge place. Well maintained. Better-than-average breakfast. On the web under "Hotel Details" I read, "This modern hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Surrey Sport and Leisure Centre (free passes provided)". This is only partly true. The hotel *is* just across a parking lot from the Leisure Center, but passes are $3. Nevertheless, $3 is trivial for access to such a great sports facility. It has a 50 m (LCM) swimming pool that they can break into tow 25 m (SCM) pools, plus a lesson pool, plus a large play pool, plus a huge hot tub, and that's just the swimming facility.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was fantastic! Although the sofa bed I slept on was not great as most sofa beds are, the staff were quick to provide me with an extra pillow and blanket to help with the comfort. The breakfast was kept stocked despite having a completely full hotel. Being on a dead end road helped keep noise levels very low so that we could have the window open all the time. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Surrey.

Staying here right now. They say pass to the pool across the parking lot but we are with our soccer team and they said they "ran out" of passes and we had to go pay full price if we wanted access. Horribly misleading and lies when you book. Just don't do it!!

Nice rooms; good sized with a good sized bathroom. Nice staff and a good breakfast. However there is no pool or hot tub. Fitness and business centers available 24/7

Only giving one star because I have to. At the end of October I had something very traumatic and awful happen to me by one of the front desk guys, and I was sexually assaulted in my room. Luckily the guy got fired but I feel management doesn't really care about the issue, or even me for that matter. I was given a fruit basket with half rotted fruit in it and a petty "sorry" note. Haven't heard anything else yet from management. I would suggest avoiding this hotel AT ALL COSTS, it is dangerous and careless. And yes I will be getting a lawyer involved.

I've asked the front desk people if I could switch rooms because I was put on the same floor where the sexual assault happened (I'm almost right across from the room it happened in) Not only did they refuse but they were incredibly rude about it! Not sure why they are making a big deal about switching rooms for me, it's not like I was asked to be sexually assaulted by their employee!! And because of the assault, my WCB claim has been extended, making it more difficult for me to return to work and be normal again.

Update: Spoke with management and was given the jacuzzi suite for the remainder of my stay, which was a nice offer for what I've been through.

Housekeepers keep stealing from my room. First it was a 10 dollar bill (which I got back when I confronted the housekeeper), and now my amethyst pendant is missing. Not a safe or trustworthy place to stay. Especially for people who are with WCB. Save yourself the trouble and stay at a different hotel.

We got freshly baked cookies upon check in and a water bottle! Upon check out we got home made banana bread! The staff were really friendly. breakfast had healthy options which was a plus. Rooms comfortable and view of Mt baker was a pleasant surprise.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again next year

good hotel for a good price! decent rooms and a free pass for the rec centre if you like working out. The free breakfast and free parking are a plus. Very close to my office so I stay here alot and have no real complaints. Plus if you need a beer you have Baselines and if you need a coffee you have Tim Hortons next door.
