The unit had a kitchen, living room, two queen beds, two fireplaces and two tvs. We slept well. We enjoyed our own food since we had the kitchen. Plenty of space and the two beds were in the same room while the rest of the unit was in the other. We also had a great scenic view of the water. My elderly parents and I enjoyed our stay.

Great friendly and helpful staff. They did their best to help us when our house was flooded. They were fully booked in August and surely they did "magic" in order to accommodate our family. A big thank you to all owners and personnel in Ocean Promenade ! You definitely rock!!

We've been frequenting this hotel for many years while visiting family in White Rock. The newly renovated super clean rooms have restored this hotel to its former glory. The location is fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent!

We have stayed before. So we knew what to expect. Everything was great, beds were comfy, everything was clean, staff friendly and efficient. We had the 2 bedroom with kitchen and such. We were a group of 5 adults. We could have added 3 more. It was also great to be able to entertain some family that live in White Rock. No complaints. We will always stay here when we are in the area. The hotel is right across the street from the beach and ocean.

Rooms here are very nice and spacious. Beautiful coastline just across the street! It appears to have maybe been an apartment building at one time? Trains go by often but don't blow their horns after 20:00 unless there's an imminent threat.

Beautiful rooms, awesome view of the ocean, hear the trains at night, and staff were so helpful and friendly. Great place, and will be back again.

Recently stayed at this hotel with hubby and our dog after being evacuated from our home due to wildfires. We confirmed upon check in and telephone that it was a pet friendly establishment and we would bring our small dog. Hubby checked in first and was put in a pet friendly room, after two nights he was upgraded to a jacuzzi suite with no explanation, the suite was beautiful. I followed two nights later with our dog and checked in with our dog. Parking was limited, had to watch for a spot open up so I could move from the pay parking on the street, not a big deal. Our issues began the next day when they spotted me coming out of our room and was advised it's not a pet friendly room after we had specifically asked. They didn't have anything available so they asked us to be discreet with the dog, that was fair and appreciated. It continued from there when the next day our dog was sleeping and he heard something in the room next to us crash and make a loud noise. He let out a single bark to which we calmed him down, within minutes front desk was calling to tell us that we could no longer be in that room with the dog and they were reconsidering permitting him in the hotel. They allow dogs based on their behaviour and we were informed that barking is not permitted. Front desk located another room (at the very back of the hotel, furthest room from the stairs to get outside for potty breaks) for us that evening and told us we would likely need to change rooms every couple days due to reservations. It was at this point we decided to change hotels the next day. Very disappointed with the service from this hotel during an already difficult time. We would not consider staying here again, nor recommend it to friends and family

Great hotel, amazing location! Clean, comfortable room/beds. Be sure to ask sea view roomfront desk will not give it to you by default.
If my shower would have functional head, this would be a 5-star rating.

Love this place. Other than the occasional train waking you up.. View from most rooms is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable- not to mention awesome kitchenette in most rooms as well. Great walking path along the bay takes you to some nice restaurants and drinking establishments. I will stay again and again.

We stayed here a week during our home renovations. What a lovely Boutique Hotel. We had the suite, with a kitchen, second floor, oceanview. We recommend this hotel to all our friends that want to vacation near the water, here in White Rock.

The hotel was gorgeous, the location was amazing, the beds were super comfortable (even when all the blankets are stolen by your partner), the staff were super friendly during the stay. The view was absolutely stunning! One small thing, is they seem to oversell the parking, which wasn't a huge hassle in the end, as we found a way to make it work. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Got a great deal. The hotel gave a price break for participants in the BC Lung Association bicycle trek. I am happy, I got what I paid for. A cozy clean room to sleep in.

My entire family stayed here for a wedding in town and all of us were very disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the views were incredible, the cleanliness and the room set ups were great, it was the staff that we were very unhappy with. Make sure when booking to confirm multiple times what the cost is of your stay. Since we were with a wedding party we got an apparent "discount", meanwhile we went to made a fake booking and it was the exact same cost. The front desk told us three different costs between booking and checkout. But it doesn't end there, we were also bumped from them accidentally putting us in the bride and grooms room!!! The front desk was rude and short with everyone in our family, making us feel like we were annoying them, whether it was a quick question or someone needing a new room key. A family friends Sephora makeup items (the rest untouched) went missing after housekeeping arrived. I understand hiding valuable items but you shouldn't have to hide your makeup after every time you use it! We won't consider this as our accommodation again and will be looking for a more reliable and welcoming stay elsewhere in the future.

The king suite with kitchenette was great! Loved the fireplace, balcony, kitchenette and heated floors in the bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable! Staff was friendly. Location was very good-close to the water and lots of places to walk to. We asked for a quiet room, which was good as there is a train that comes by often enough. It would have been horribly loud if we were in the front of the hotel, versus the side. We still had a partial view of the ocean. Covered parking-at a price, but worth it. Will stay here again!
