Brilliant location. Staff very friendly. Lovely view over the harbour from the Penthouse Suite. Would love to visit again.

The front desk staff is always very accommodating. Everytime I walk into the building I feel welcomed and invited. They should all keep what they are doing and not change a thing!

Great location (close to Stanley Park) and the staff were fantastic. The room was a bit dated but included a washing machine and dryer as well as a beautiful view. We ended up skipping the included breakfast for the last few days of our stay as the only healthy option was a few apples and oranges.

This is a great spot for an extended stay style hotel. Great location. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. We required an early check-in and the staff was very helpful in making that happen on short notice. Room had a nice side office where we could setup the crib for our son so he did not have to be in our room.

Fantastic location, close to Stanley Park, the West End, and downtown. Local restaurants are plentiful and delicious. The view is great and the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, views are amazing. But the rooms themselves are horribly small and very old. Renovation is needed!

Nice and quiet clean, seems to be mid 90s decor. Breakfast isn't great but you have a kitchen so not much to worry about.

Tiny suites, no TV in the bedroom. Good location. $20 dollars a night for parking.

Pretty good hotel. Rooms are quite good, despite looking a bit dated. They're small 1-bedroom apartments, essentially. Including a kitchen and en suite washer and dryer. Some of the rooms have a really nice view of the mountains and/or lakes, but they cost a bit extra. Might be worth it if you're into that.
The hotel is actually also a residential building. I don't fully understand it, but it probably won't affect you.
It has a tiny gym with really old basic equipment. No free weights.
Also free continental breakfast with a waffle maker.
Location-wise, it's right off of Denman, which has a ton of nice restaurants, and very close to Stanley park, which is a really nice place to walk/run.

stayed here for a few nights after my wedding, great views and nice to be within walking distance of the west end restaurants etc as well as stanley park obviously. very relaxing and quiet when I was there.
