I needed a place for the night as the original place I had was not pleasant.I was allowed to look at the room before I paid granted it is old I found the sheets on the bed clean and crisp and I read one other comment food under the bed the bed I had was solid no place to put foodfood

Friendly and Clean. It's an older place but it's Affordable, Safe, Clean, Convenient to Surrey Memorial Hospital and SkyTrain and the staff are very friendly. Wifi, TV and air conditioning worked well.

Check in was fine, lady was nice that helped us. The hotel description said there was a stove, and there wasnt. also, not the greatest location or cleanest, but was semi comfortable. Couch cushion also smelled like ass. Beds were ok. Biggest issue is the person at the office in the morning harassed my husband, saying we owed more money for the night before. impossible since we were only there one night. There also seemed to be some 'residents' sitting outside in their underwear as we left. Would not recommend. Also, forgot to add that all night, some guy was playing loud music in the room above us, and my son could hardly sleep. When we asked for additional towels and toilet paper, we were told that we would have to wait until the next day for housekeeping to arrive.

My family and I stayed here a couple evenings ago on our way through BC. The staff who initially helped was incredibly professional and pleasant. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Price was great as well.
Downsides of the stay though were started in the bathroom
The ceiling along the top of the shower was stained with black mold. We had also called the front office at around 6:00pm to request more wash cloths (there were none in our room). We were informed that housekeeping was unavailable after 5:00 and we would not be able to receive any.
Loud music from the above room as well as people running back in forth in the room kept our family up all night. There also appear to be "tenants" here that appear to take full residence. Pretty shady looking crew around the backside of the building.
The following morning of our one night stay, I dropped the keys off at the counter of the front office and was rudely told that I owed them money for a previous night we had stayed. Seeing as how we had just come over the border of BC that night, it was more than impossible for this to occur. After semi-heated discussion the gentleman at desk I guess he finally realized his mistake saying "you looked like someone else".response / report this review -

The room was very nice. Air conditioner was too small. There was no Kleenex or paper towel. Kitchen was well equipped but nothing for the 4 cup coffee maker, like filters. All in all I would recommend the motel.

We booked this place as it was the cheapest option available for an unplanned trip to Surrey. We paid around 100 bucks for a night which was far too much for their smelly room with gloomy lights. We were to reach late and had called to inform the motel reception. I assume the person at reception didn't pass on the information to the one replacing him on night shift. The guy at night shift called us up and was rather rude, in fact he threatened us to pass on the room to someone else as we hadn't shown up, as if he had a long wait list of people dying to book rooms at 1:00am in the night.
The surrounding is not very quiet. The buzzing noise of emergency vehicles and cars on the road get a little irritating at times.
I would suggest pay a little more and book into a hotel in Surrey if your tour is a spontaneous one. I am never going to visit this place and I would strongly not recommend it to anyone else.response / report this review -

Starting to show its age in the rooms, for instance the bathroom grout is in need of attention. Price was within range for room provided. Near 24 hr Tim Horton so food, coffee and donuts are within reach. Within walking distance from the sky train to Vancouver (27 minutes away).

if you stay. get a room upstairs, people pacing around all night. cars circling the hotel all night. good location. room was okay. my advice always go look at the room before you handover your money. there is some sketchy people there but they keep to themselves. worst thing was cigarette butts all outside in front of your door and sidewalk.

I would have not been offended by the meagre 2-star quality, had it not been for the fact that they charge as much as a 4-star establishment. Overpriced for the low quality - Not recommended.

A friend and I stayed here overnight so we could go to a concert at Deer Lake Park only a half hour away. The guy at the front counter was nice and funny. The room had a little bit of a smell to it, though not too bad, and there appeared to be cigarette burns on the blanket, despite it being a smoke free motel. Can't blame that on the motel, but I hope they replace the blankets in the future. Overall, it was worth it for the price.

I stayed one night. The gentleman that checked me in upgraded my room. But I think I paid a little too much. $80. The upgrade came after he considered the location of my motorcycle relative to my room. My room was very clean. I slept too well the area was quiet. The laundry hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. which weren't convenient for me. If I stayed here again, I would negotiate a better price., I'll give it 5 stars because the gentleman was so accommodating after I checked in. Slightly formal during the check-in process
