While we were only passing through and got here at midnight this place has the best customer service I've ever received. Check in was smooth. In and up to the room, in bed in minutes. Great sleep. Morning breakfast was ok. The coffee was good. The breakfast staff was amazing and friendly. There was one who stood out. She always had a smile. Great personality and greeted whoever she could. Asked about us, told us about herself. Nice family lady. Guess what? Turns out She wasn't the breakfast staff. In fact, she was the manager Ruby. Since when do you ever see the manager of anywhere out in the open being a "people person"? Never! She was there to greet us when we left as well. Great place and I highly recommended staying here. You can't go wrong. Even though it's close to the airport, we didn't have any trouble sleeping. Didn't hear any planes.

Was there to shoot the bride getting ready for her wedding. The hotel itself looks very clean from the moment you enter. The staff's were very friendly and answer my questions very polite even though I was not staying there.

Very friendly staff. Place was clean. They also did my dishes.
Free parking. Free breakfast.
Gym is small and breakfast average, but the stay was still great!

Nice Hotel for short term living. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. the utensils are included too. There is a daily housekeeping of the room. Breakfast is provided during ur stay and also there are light evening snacks on Monday through Wednesday. The staff here is very polite, friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time stay here and I simply love staying here. This is my home away from home.

Nice, clean and big suits. Quiet for a good night sleep. It can be better. Bottle of water should be complementary and not charge 2.50 for a small bottle. Breakfast can be improved by providing variety of dishes. I tasted chicken sausage, honestly it was disgusting.

Nice location not too far outside of Toronto. Clean, spacious rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is outstanding, as is the dining room where it is served. There is a small pool with a hot tub, and a fitness room, as well as a small store where you can purchase essentials. We were really impressed with this hotel.

One of my favourite hotels near the airport. I stay here quite a bit when I am in Toronto. It was everything you need with a full kitchen as well

Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast in the morning is outstanding. There is a nice pool and gym area. It is close to the airport.

I stayed in a suite with a queen, king, and pullout. I stayed for four days. When I arrived I had already reserved my room a month in advance, it took six hours for them to get me a room. When I got to the room everything seemed fine, I went to open a window since it was hot and soon as I applied any pressure to the window it popped right out, the cutlery was broken, there was some sort of leftover food next to the side of the queen bed, the counter had melted plastic on it, and two of my three key cards weren't working. When I went to the front desk they insisted that nobody was in my room and that I was lying. I showed identification and that I had reserved the room. After an hour I finally got working key cards. For the price I paid this was completely unacceptable

We always go here for overnights. It's about my 10th time now. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows are are not only really comfortable, but also clean. Awesome breakfasts, you can make your own waffles!

Comfortable room, good breakfast spread, decent variety of kitchenware in the unit. Gym was a bit small, but equipment was in good shape. Did not use pool, but it looked like one of the better hotel pools I've seen.
