The room was clean, and was fairly priced for the area. MY ISSUE** A $150 hold was placed on my bank account in addition to the agreed upon fees without telling me before hand. I only found out from reviewing my bank account online. I spoke to two different employees about this, both were very nonchalant in explaining that my money would be held for an additional 3-5 business days before being released. One employee did explain that I should have been informed before my payment was processed, but that was not the case, FYI.

Good price for the area, close to the Congress center. Staff could have been friendlier but all in all you get what you pay for.

I've stayed in many Comfort Inn hotels. This was one of the nicest properties. It looks like they just renovated thier hotel. Everything in the room felt brand new. I would certainly recommend this Comfort Inn.

Terrible place to stay. First room they put me in was dirty with long black hair on the floor in the tub and in the bed. I made them move me and that room had cracks in the ceiling and paint chipping off but I stayed anyway I was so tried. Then after I had specifically requested a room with a good fridge so I could save my sons left over dinner since he had been in hospital for 3 weeks and couldn't eat much, when I got up the freezer was defrosted and water was all over his food. They gave me a measly 10% discount to try and make me happy and I told them to go shove their room. Staff was not helpful and even rude and no manager was on duty for me to talk to. Utter waste of my time and I would never stay there again. This has probably put me off of ever staying at s comfort inn again. Don't ever go here you will be dissatisfied!!!!

Comfort inn was a suitable alternative when you need a "bed and breakfast" time of thing. It was comfortable, quiet and workers were nice. Of course this is a cheap hotel room so you should expect the bare minimum. But still it was worth it.

Clean, affordable lodgings for a night. Wouldn't stay too many days as it's in a bad part of town. The tv we had was all snowy the entire time and practically unuseable. Easy for a night though.

Brand new room, completely renovated. Hotel is right next to bus stop that can bring you to Finch station. One of the better Comfort Inn's.

The man at the front desk with the jacked up teeth was very rude and unhelpful. However the other desk clerk seemed like she was more knowledgeable of her job. Unfortunately the man's attitude turned me off and i ended up staying at another hotel. As well the hotel is not able to be found in the company website that the hotel location is associated with.

Stayed here for the long weekend during Veld. The hotel was fully booked, but the service was still excellent. Our room had new furniture, with a fridge and micro. Location was amazing! Can't complain for the price.

    Residence for dealers and prostitutes!!!

    Horrible dirty hotel, scandalous staff!
Sheets dirty, room smelled like urine. You don't want to end up at the hospital because of the bed bugs!
3 minutes after walking into the room we were at the front desk demanding a refund for the night which was not returned. The Indian owner( Bob Aurora ) is hungry for money!!
Stay there at your own risk.
Respect yourself and stay away from this awful place!

Reading all the reviews I was weary of staying here. However, I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived, they were installing a new door in the lobby. I walked in from the temporary entrance and the sales manager was kind enough to give me a walk through and explain that they were upgrading parts of the hotel.

I asked to have a room with a fridge and they said every room had a fridge and microwave. I was pretty impressed by this. The furniture was brand new too. Overall, I was pleased.

I stayed here during a conference in Toronto recently. I was surprisingly delighted by how nice the rooms were. I think these folks recently upgraded their facility. Everything from the lobby to the rooms looked very new. I will stay here again.
