Ive stayed at the Delta several times over the year both under its previous names and the new Delta brand. Its pretty standard hotel, with everything being good. No issues to report. Its a solid choice if youre staying in the area or using it for convention space. The rooms are standard hotel rooms. The nice things about the hotel are the pool and amazing japanese restaurant in the building. Overall its a nice place to stay.

Look good from the outside. Honestly though, I just went in for the Starbucks twice. Free parking for Sat bucks customer but since I was going to be in and out, I just parked illegally anyways. Near the airport.

The hotel was fine and it was very clean but the fire alarm went off twice in 4 days. Neither time were they serious situations, and they weren't taken seriously by almost anyone. The fire department didn't even appear worried. Some said it appeared to be a faulty wire or something, and the fire department came in, talked to one person and then left. If the situation is known to be not a serious one what is the point in evacuating everyone?

Newly renovated. Had the bi-level suite room, it was very nice. Not a fan of the current shampoo/conditioner line, don't like the smell. The parking was a little hard to understand. Breakfast buffet choices were slim but the banana and cranberry bread were excellent. Lot 41 Social Bar was very nice spot to hang out near the lobby lounge, pretty decent beer selection. I would consider staying again.

This place deserves 6 stars simply for the amazing customer service! From the second I arrived the concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxed, the front desk staff were also outstanding. This will definitely be my first choice when looking for a hotel near the airport.

This hotel was in transition and renovation during my visit. They removed the water slides in the pool. But everything else was A+++. Rooms are clean and perfect. Staff​ friendly and helpful. Park has a fee. And no microwave or fridge in room. But you can get on for a fee. Elevators are fast woth less then a 30 sec wait. Gym is ok. Meeting rooms and conference halls are all A+++.

My stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I believe the hotel just went through renovations, it looks beautiful! The bar was my favourite part, the decor was gorgeous, the service was great and the food was wonderful. The rooms were what you would expect. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby for my morning coffee. I have no complaints, my stay at the Delta was great and I would recommend to everyone.

This hotel is great for an event my community holds every few months. The temperature is usually great, the rooms are clean and everything is set up the way we need it. There's also a Starbucks in the hotel and a few fast food places across the street for cheap eating in the area.

The lobby area was nicely, and newly, furnished which gave the space a fresh feel. Interesting furniture and other accents were more casual than what I remember from previous visits, which is a good thing to me. Did not stay at the hotel and was there for a convention so did not interact with any hotel staff or other services, hence the light review material

Construction noise required us to move rooms. Walls too thin in second room, couple (throuple?) next door thoroughly enjoying their stay. Pool underwhelmed with no slides as advertised, max depth of 4½ feet. Amenities and service almost made up for everything else. Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsite food very good. Excellent eating nearby.

This hotel has gone through so many name/brand changes, but luckily the service remains consistent. It would benefit from some room upgrading (the rooms are a bit old fashion), but overall its a comfortable hotel with good amenities and space to accommodate large conferences. The recent addition of Starbucks is definitely a thumbs up, and the little Japanese restaurant had excellent food.

This is just a beautiful hotel to stay at. I ended up having to catch shut eye before my early am flight on the way out. Being an IHG Spire member, it was excellent to see they had designated parking reserved for me. Rooms were clean and exceptionally quiet considering it's right in line with flight plans for landing and take off. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!!

The staff is really nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable!! I am thankful my mother in law ended up there after she lost her flight. They treated her so well, I don't have words to describe our gratitude to the staff! Thank you very much!

It has gone down hill significantly over the past 6 years. I first stayed here maybe 7 or 8 years ago and it was affordable, they would greet you with a warm cookie, rooms were well maintained and clean, high end toiletries. Then a new owner took over and changed the name. Last time I went it was so run down. They are holing the carpet outside the elevators with duct tape. Room was not clean. Urine all over the back of the toilet and on the floor. It was gross.
