The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on their website - they are in the process of renovating, and they have a set of rooms that they're using during this process. The rooms smell like smoke, the hallways have water damage and smell terrible. The staff was nice, but I would not recommend this hotel at least until the renovation is complete. This is apparently scheduled for mid-2018, but I recommend calling ahead to confirm the status since the website does not indicate that they are performing renovations.

    Not even O.K
One of the managers was nice, but the maids kept walking in earlier than 9 am even with the DND sign on the door! The heaters are noisy and there was always something buzzing in the room, making it hard to hear the t.v. Not to mention the exorbitant price, because it is way out in the middle of nowhere AND is under construction. Some stupid shady Uber driver recommended it, I think he wasn't even from Oshawa.

Turn around. Under construction. Terrible service, no amenities, balcony doors bolted shut, terrible breakfast. When we asked about changing rooms they said they don't have anything better. Don't stay here if you can help it.

Horrible experience! And false advertising. Looking at the picture this is a beautiful hotel isn’t it!? Nowhere on the website does this say that this hotel is under severe Construction! The place is a total write-off ripped apart. There are no balconies, the beautiful pool is not there as it’s being ripped apart along with the hot tub which is not advertised at all. Nowhere on the website does it say that you must have a credit card app on arrival nor does it say that they don’t accept debit Visa. After booking this hotel online paid in full I was unable to stay because I didn’t bring my credit card. They would not take a cash deposit, debit or a Debit Visa. Nor did I want to even stay there after I pulled in the parking lot I couldn’t believe that this was a hotel. I understand things get renovated but this was a complete construction zone and should be posted on the website! Worst experience ever

The rooms themselves are decent. The breakfast is pretty bad. The reason for 1 star? - the hotel is under construction and so the advertised gym AND pool are both inaccessible until sometime in 2018 (or so I'm told). That wouldn't be such a big deal if the wifi actually worked! The front desk guy said it worked for him no problem (surprise surprise the router is in their lobby). This isn't a tourist area so most of the people staying here including myself are here for contract work and will be staying for at least a few months with basically 0 amenities. Very disappointed

This place is under construction at present.
Everything is pretty tired and old, room keys are finicky and do not work quite often.
Linens were always clean which is a plus.
Free breakfast isn't great with not many options but it is to be expected.
    Staff are friendly enough.

Should be a decent hotel when renovations are finished.

Over priced! "Supply and demand" was what the guy at the desk told us. Robbery!
The place is under construction (for the past 3-4 years!) we used to stay here for work regularly and it was ok. It had everything you'd need, pool, gym, sauna, hot tub and restaurant. It was a nice place minus the the manager horking on the floor in the lobby and regularly yelling at his staff.
The place now smells like cigarettes, my tub barely drained while using the shower. The fridge had black mould in it (which was promptly taken care of by the very friendly cleaning staff in the room next door). My bed smelled like urine, and the carpets were moist. I have high hopes for the place once they hire a good contracting company to finish the botched work. One day it they dream of becoming a Marriott not anytime soon.

Do not stay here. It's under construction and the entire place smells like an ashtray. When I suggested to the service desk that perhaps it was the workers since I had several cigarette butts on my balcony he said that it was probably because of the problem they had with the prostitutes a few months ago. No joke. They said they offered hot breakfastthey have greasy undercooked sausages and scrambled egg patties that were clearly from frozen. All white bagels, bread and muffins. That's it. No fruit or yogurt except when I complained it magically came out of some back roomnot sure why they were holding that back except that the fruit salad was clearly many days old. On the positive side there were no roaches. The sign out front says it all.Former Quality Hotel. I agree with that one.

The receptionist had her nose in the air but aside from the not so pleasant check in the hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, the room was super clean and the place felt homey. I would recommend if asked.

Location kind of in the middle of no where off the highway, in the middle of a major renovation, service is great though, super nice, rooms are decent but have yet to be updated in this Reno. A decent cheap stay.

This is the worst place I have ever stepped foot in. It's completely old and moldy. The ceilings are very low has old nasty carpets that are stained, they say no smoking but the place stinks of smoke (which sucks I'm not a smoker so I really smell it) definitely do not bring children here bad idea, it literally reminded me of "Crack house" I saw on the show The Shield. Horrible service the manager ky or whatever has an absolutely horrible attitude of asked for the managers email to complain about him and they gave me his email address which was Kyo@. the place is under construction and apparently it has been for a year. Just do yourself a favour and avoid this dump. 0 stars. No even a twinkle.

It's not the fanciest place around but the rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. Everything seems to be laid out in way that makes sense with detailed signs. Food is above average.
