Not bad for a quick stay. The continental breakfast is pretty good too. It runs from 7-10am. Access to public transit is steps from the front door. The only issue is the noise from the two streetcar lines at night if you are staying on the second or third floor. There is a McDonald's next door and two other places to get a meal from on the opposite corners.

In Toronto, you get what you pay for. I should have guessed that there was no on - site parking. Our room was just big enough for my wife and I. That said, I will probably not stay there next time I am in town.

    Terrible Terrible Terrible HOTEL!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if i could!
Dirty and disgusting hotel. Don't ever stay here!
Room was tiny and dated. Had bugs in the room and under mattress.
Manager wouldn't refund us even though we didn't stay there, even hung up on me refusing to refund me and telling me to go to the public because he didn't care. That is super disrespectful and not business-like at all! You could not pay me a million dollars to stay there ever!
Definitely not a good reputation or experience. Don't waste your time or money!

Okay. Reasonably priced, location nice in the west side of downtown. Wi-Fi connection is ABYSMAL ! For anyone who knows speeds. They offer you 0.25 mbps or 250 kbps which can barely view a 480p not even 720p not yo mention 1080p and 2160p.
They get 1 star for price and 1 star for location and okay atmosphere. Nothing special and don't expect to do anything on the internet more than check an email or watch a laggy video in 160p resolution.

If you need a place to sleep this works. Don't expect much. Also no parking plan ahead. Tram stops just outside so it's not too bad to get around.

It was horrible. The room had a bad smell and the bathroom smelled strongly of mould, because the ceiling was covered in it, and so was the shower, which was also broken. Because the air conditioner didn't seem to be working very well, we removed the front panel and found a thick sheet of dust and again, black mould. There was wallpaper peeling off of the walls and most of the room had not been cleaned in a while as evident by the piles of dust and dead insects. The room was not at all like the picture on the screen when we booked. Besides the filth and disrepair, it was tiny with hardly any space to move around the beds and no place to put a suitcase. This is the type of place I'd expect to pay $5 for in a developing country (then leave and find another place to stay), not $150 for in a Canadian city. Do not stay here.

Staff are unfriendly and unwilling to do much to help. I got online confirmation of the charge and late check put only to have them tell me they done offer it. There is no parking and the lobby is pretty much non-existant. The room was small and dirty. Bathroom shower wall falling apart from mold/moisture. Mold even in the shower head This will be my first and last stay

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were not the same as the pictures. The smell was horrible. The entire building smells like stale cigarettes and feet. There was blood splatter on the bathroom wall. The mattresses and pillows were stained yellow. One of the beds didn't even have a fitted sheet. The A/C was tiny and blew only slightly chilled air so our room was hot. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area, but it was way more expensive than it should have been. The room was so small that you could barely get by the 1st bed to get to the 2nd bed. Disgusting hotel.

Awful hotel. Stains on the sheets and walls. Power cords plugged into extension cords that dont support grounding pins. Cracks in the ceilings. No parking. Parking is at a residential apartment down the street in their visitors, 10 min walk away. Key card locks on stairwell doors that don't work. Not safe to stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Arrived after midnight. Door to room did not work; staff spent 30 minutes fixing it while I was in hall waiting. Room was hot like a sauna, radiator on full blast with no in room controls. Open window and AC made it just uncomfortably hot after another 30 minutes. Room alarm clock was 15 minutes slow. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, staff did not bat an eye. Better than sleeping on the street.

Not the best hotel I've been to. Did the trick for a cheap nights stay, but the room was very small, and had an odour of smelly feet. Right near the TTV streetcar station so it's pretty loud throughout the night. Staff were nice and it was clean enough but wouldn't recommend unless you just need a cheap.spot for the night.

I stayed one night and was completely freezing. The guy at the front desk informed me that they have a deal with their energy company and do not turn the heat on until the end of October. There are two very thin blankets and a sheet on the bed. Last night was close to zero degrees and I slept with my winter coat on. They have cable but the TV had a fuzzy picture. There was long hair left in the bathtub and the shampoo was half used - no conditioner. Also, there was a beeping in the hallway that went on for hours - probably a dying smoke detector. At one point for at least two hours another guest was knocking on their door shouting to get back in. I had my dog with me an had trouble getting her to stop barking. I had to half hold her the whole night. Don't stay here unless you are really desperate.
