Bloom was an fantastic experience! We needed an early dinner reservation for our guys and girls bachelorette party. Our bride to be had a blast! Pedro was so accomodating. Not only did he open the restaurant for us between lunch and dinner when they are normally closed, but he was so much fun and did everything to make dinner special with his humour, excellent service, and even a bit of cultural education. The food was incredible too. With the size of our party most things on the menu were ordered and everyone was raving about how good it all was. Many thanks to Pedro and his staff for helping to make our bachelorette's day special. Amazing restaurant and atmosphere.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Excellent service and excellent food. First time at a Spanish restaurant, don't know too much about Spanish food but the waiter suggested some items and they were fantastic. Will definitely return, good experience

Update: I am quite surprised the owner has responded that they rarely do take-out. Perhaps in the day we went, it was a busy day for take-out. We were sitting right across from where the staff were placing the take-out orders in brown paper bags. One man had come in to pick his order up and was told he had to wait 20-25 minutes more, and they apologized to him for the delay, while we were still sitting waiting for our dinner. So this is even more a turn-off that the response is this from the owner, because I have no reason to lie. The first time we came here was excellent, the third time no. Honesty is appreciated, please.
The food is unique and authentically Latin & South American. However, I find the portions are quite small, especially if you get served a main, for example fish is your main, but your side is barely anything. I have been here a few times with my family and unfortunately each time the service has gotten worst. I find the staff pays more attention to some customers and not the others. We have never felt truly comfortable there due to the lack of equal, quality service.
Our last visit we waited quite a long time to be served between courses because the staff were too consumed with their take-out orders and not the customers currently eating-in, which was just our table and one other table- so not to say it was busy. We were quite close to asking for the bill and finding somewhere else to eat our dinner.
I think I'm being generous with 3 stars, but the food is unique, and would recommend trying this restaurant during Summerlicious/ Winterlicious as it seems when it's most worth it. But they really need to improve their customer service skills and treat all customers equally.

Delicious food with top notch service. I would definitely recommend this place and go back. We had the grilled octopus, beef tenderloin, Yucca fries and stuffed chicken. All amazing.

The food was so good and so tasty but the portion size was a bit small. I don't know how the service usually is, but when we went it was pretty slow and we ended up waiting a while between courses. Our server was very friendly though

Food was excellent. Very creative and interesting food items with so much food flavour. Servers and staff were very friendly and timely. Very relaxed atmosphere. However, lighting may be a bit too dim at certain areas, as I once sat at the table by the window and hardly saw how my food looked and or what it was.

I was here 3 weeks ago for my birthday and I loved the restaurant! Being Hispanic it's really pleasant to see a Hispanic restaurant that actually serves good quality food since unfortunately most of them don't. The food was incredible and the service was great as well; I really felt like it was much more personalized than at other restaurants. Our waiter was Leo and even though he was the only waiter that night he really made us feel welcomed! Will definitely be back some day!
