Its a nice hotel and had a sweet tub w jets and all in the room. However, my room was above and exit door (i was on 4th floor) and that happens to be where smokers go out to smoke. Left in the morning and left the a/c fan on, just the fan so it wasnt too warm. I came back in and it smelled like a smoking room filled with ashtrays. Thats my only complaint but its really not pleasant to smell it. Very nice staff and comfy beds. I like firm beds and thats what these are. With multiple pillow types and layers of sheets. Id stay there again as long as I was away from the stinky rooms.

Adamant staff. Rushed for the airport before the stipulated time. They asked us to leave at 7.45 for the 8 o clock scheduled pickup. We couldn't even do a final check of the room or check out before we leave. They took the room keys in the hallway from us even before we reach the front desk. Staff was really rude. Not recommended for the stay.

Location is close to the airport. About 10 minutes. Our room was very clean, but felt like the decor is a little outdated. Not a bad thing, but felt like I hopped into a time machine. Only complaint was the a/c didn't stay on consistently at night, which made it a little uncomfortable during the warm summer night.

Room itself was clean but noticed several roaches in the hallway. Not many choices available for breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

We were in the area for a few days.
We left early morning and came back late at night. The room were tidy by the time we came back. The staff did a good job. The front desk staff were pleasant to deal with. The place in general was kept clean.
The only issue was the food. Ayy. Don't bother with the hot breakfast. Just don't. You'll most likely regret it.
Stick to the cold breakfast as it's complimentary, although we didn't bother with it after 1 day.
There was a Walmart and plenty of fast and family restaurants; I personally recommend the Thai Express for dinner and Cora's for breakfast.

It was cheap but nice. Everything was clean and organized, room service was quick with a decent selection and it came with a complimentary breakfast that could be upgraded for a reasonable price.

I was at the hotel for the use of their conference room. The conference room itself is decent. The projector provided was very old that rendered it useless. They did have a decent number of whiteboards, thankfully I brought my own. Food was pretty awful sandwiches and wraps were dry and flavorless. Mcdonalds and subway aren't too far, so that's always an option.

Staying here on a business trip. Good hotel considering the price. Furniture is a little outdated but not terrible. My one complaint would be the WiFi. Is is hilariously slow. This is my second time in the Brampton area and the second hotel to have this problem so it may just be a Canada thing. If u need a good connection to get work done try another hotel. If you need an affordable place to rest this place is just fine.

Where to begin! Horrible service from EUGENE!!! I called to speak with friends I thought were staying in that location, turns out they were in Mississauga. EUGENE responded by being very annoyed and aggressive. Giving me non-stop attitude even putting me on hold without finding out whether or not I was in a position to do so and when he finally asked me if it was ok he cut me off without waiting for a response, this was done because I told him i was displeased with his behaviour. NOT STAYING HERE BECAUSE OF EUGENE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT MY FRIENDS DO SO EITHER. SEND HIM ON TRAINING PLEASE!!!!!

The hotel is very outdated and the first room I stayed in (for work visit) Had a distinct odour and the light in the bathroom buzzed with a fury when turned on. The bed was a king size and very comfortable but had a broken headboard and the carpet looked very aged and the bathroom was very aged. The second visit 3 weeks later I stayed in an executive suite again outdated decor. Slightly larger. Same outdated bathroom with a sink that was constantly clogged. And an air condition/heating unit that was broken. On top of all of that there was one particular staff member at the concierge desk who was very rude both times I visited even remembered me from the last time and was still rude. So if you have to stay here it will do. But wouldnt recommend if you had a choice.

Very good service and nice rooms. But if having breakfast it is not the greatest. Paid extra to upgrade breakfast and think I'd get a better meal at McDonald's.

Quaint place with great service. Value for money. Continental breakfast included and can be upgraded for just 6.50 CAD. They have a vending machine on every floor and clean rooms.

I visited the Monte Carlo Inn for a conference. The staff was really good and the restaurant at the hotel made decent food. The only issue I had was the small bathroom facilities. Otherwise, it was a nice place.
