I attended a conference which was on the entire lower level in multiple rooms. It was a great day but with the number of tables and chairs they put in the large ballroom I was wondering about fire regulations! It was hard to navigate around the chairs to get out of the room. Other than that the facility was nice and the lunch and snacks we're quite good!

I used to come here as a child with my parents when visiting Toronto and have stayed here twice in the past few months for work as an adult. I've always had a pleasant experience with helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and it is in a fantastic location. This is my go to hotel if I'm anywhere near the area.

Can't fault the place at all really. Don't believe the negative postings, it's all hot air from people who you can never please. Staff are lovely and obliging, and the house-keeping staff are friendly and nothing was a bother to them. So book here with confidence that you will be treated as you should be. Loved it! 😁

I attended a conference in the lower section of the hotel. The setup and venue itself is very elegant. The food that was served was delicious and many options were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was setup in a nom-ideal was for the plenary sessions since the wide aspect ratio of the room made it difficult to see the speaker well. Overall a good location and professional environment.

I had arranged a 2-day business planning meeting at the Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre. Right from the time I emailed them to check on available meeting space till the end of the 2-day event, everything was just perfect. The staff were always prompt, courteous and took special care of our group. I would definitely do more meetings there. Thank you, Marriott.

Really modern hotel. Large spacious room with 2 beds at a great price. Clean and very quiet. Convenient to EVERYTHING in Toronto. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Has a nice gift shop too.

This is my second time staying here while I do business in Toronto. The hotel is well located, the rooms have been recently renovated, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also great because you can easily access the underground walkways/retail spaces that you wouldn't even know existed if somebody didn't tell you. That allows you to walk many places during cold or rainy weather without being uncomfortable. Very close to many restaurants and City Hall.

Very nice hotel. Renovated fairly recently and it is a beautiful place. Clean, comfortable room - awesome bathroom with walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Front desk personnel and concierge were professional, friendly and very helpful. 30 second walk to Eaton Centre Mall, walking distance to so much downtown. Absolutely perfect!

Really liked this hotel. Newly renovated and the stand up shower was amazing. Requested a fridge for free and was put in the room. Beds were comfy, got a corner room with two windows, extra pillow and blanket in the closet. I liked that the air conditioner worked well because it always hot and humid outside when I stayed for two nights. Only thing is that when I woke up the room was dry so my eyes and mouth were dry. Also wished that there was free breakfast. First night at midnight, super loud guy and girl talking in the hall and doors slam very hard.

We arrived on Friday, March 31st and left today. The hotel is beautiful however, I know there are several beautiful hotels in Toronto. Their staff is what makes their place a star above the rest. Their Concierge, Ralph couldn't help us enough. He approached us both nights and made suggestions. Called restaurants etc. He continued to reach out to us throughout our trip. He went above and beyond what was expected. The bartenders at the bar by the concierge table were amazing too. We were extremely impressed with the bartenders from Friday. Both the day and evening staff went above and beyond. They made suggestions on places to go etc. They were amazing. We will definitely go back. The staff at the Marriott Eaton Center made our stay amazing!

Attended hotel for a symposium, the coffee and snacks provided were very good. Chairs were comfortable. The location by the Eaton centre is very handy.

Unbelievable hotel and the best location! Every single staff member from the doorman to the people who checked us in to the waiters in the lounge to the maids were A1! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We had connecting rooms and both rooms were spacious, meticulous and bright! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Wonderful stay.
