  This is a wonderful store. I am buying my third carpet there today because the quality of rugs is superb, the service is excellent and unlike online shopping, I can feel the rug, I can see the vivid colours. Do not bother trying to find any other carpets in Victoria. This is the THE PLACE to go. Fabulous.

  So many positive things I could say about Babak and his staff, but I would like to say a word about quality and value in this short review. I never imagined I could afford to have artisan level Persian rugs in my life and, hence, had bought then subsequently discarded many variations on "floor coverings" during my life. I just came home with my sixth beautiful rug which is similar in price to "department store" rugs, but is incomparable in its beauty, quality, materials, history, craftsmanship, and it will be passed on to my heirs. I will be back

  We wanted an unusual sized oriental carpet and found Babak's website. We called and chatted with Babak, who also sent pictures of the carpet. We purchased it yesterday, had it shipped and the carpet arrived today. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the service we received during the selection process. We will definitely deal with this company again.

  We are extremely happy with our 2 purchases. They were very patient in showing us carpets in store. When we returned they had additional suggestions based on the carpets of which we had taken photos. In addition, we took an extra carpet home to see how it looked in place.
  Great service. Great selection. We recommend Babak's.

  Talk about above and beyond! My husband and myself decided a perfect Christmas gift to each other would be a new carpet. We’d been in the store a few years ago for a hall runner. This past week we started the process and returned. The owner greeted us warmly and his staff aided us in our very lengthy selection. The patience and knowledge were top notch. Over a couple of days we bought a beautiful rug. So many to choose from and such quality. Imagine our surprise when it didn’t fit our angled room. We had neglected to think of that. So back to the store only to discover our size wasn’t in the showroom. Then came the very personal service. Straight to the storage room with Babak! He even gave us a better price. So we came home with an even more amazing piece. This is a quality shop with above average service. Thank you everyone

  Babak's Oriental Carpets has a great collection of carpets. So colourful and so many. If you don't find a carpet here (I can't imagine that, there are so many) he will order new ones.

  I have known Babak and his team for years now.
  
  Myself,, I am in the rug care business and see many rugs every week and so many of my clients have purchased from Babak's and are very happy with his honesty and the value of their purchase's
  
  I highly recommend that if you are looking for a traditional or transitional rug that you pay Babak a visit.
