A fantastic place to get your body working the way it should! I came in for chronic upper back pain that I couldn't manage on my own for the past six months. With the help of Matt I was able to get ahead of it and feel strong and happy again! The staff are all very lovely and accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable. They practice social distancing etc so you can feel safe when you go in :)

A year after I had a physiotherapy treatment I get an email stating I owed them money. Apparently Synergy had forgotten to invoice me (they had my credit card on file) for my session, and were telling me to pay up. Because it had been so long my extended health insurance wouldn't cover the expense.

Edit - I see that is was personal training and not physiotherapy. Fair enough.

However, you should still not be charging your clients for services ONE YEAR after the appointment. If it were my business I would not be asking a customer for money a year later, that would be embarrassing/ not be a good look. It's unprofessional and unfair to the customer.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to write one for Nicole Manu, who is a physiotherapist at Synergy. I can't believe I've been seeing her for about 6 years without writing a review! Nicole is the most gentle, patient, knowledgeable and kind physio I have ever seen. She takes her time and truly treats you with so much care. She listens attentively and NEVER makes you feel bad for anything - even when you forget to do your exercises or follow up. Nicole is a wonderful physiotherapist who I would recommend to anyone. I have seen other practitioners at Synergy like Alec, who were also wonderful. I highly recommend Synergy!

I would like to express my gratitude to Synergy. The cheerful staff have been most accommodating with booking me in for appointments, even at short notice. I cannot praise all the chiropractors and practitioners highly enough. The level of care is exceptional in all aspects of my health care. I would encourage anyone experiencing body aches and pains to discover for themselves the wonderful results that Synergy can provide.

There aren’t enough stars or categories to describe the quality service of Dr. Jamie Grimes and staff. They just keep getting better from month to month. I highly recommend that you contact to visit them to find out for yourself.

Have been going to Synergy for almost 10 years now and have always felt taken care of! From a quick adjustment to treating an injury over many sessions - Dr. Grimes always fixes me up! His dedication to finding the problem and fixing it is incomparable! Shockwave therapy they offer there has helped me SO much. As a Dancer and someone who is extremely active (not a fan of downtime or rest ) I'm super grateful for this treatment..has fixed me up quicker than imagined and maybe even saved me a surgery or two over the years. LOVE THIS PLACE AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND

I highly recommend the staff at Synergy for their professionalism and skills. I like that there is a diversity of treatment options and that they tailor a program to fit your exact recovery needs. I took advantage of an offer for a free physical assessment, and the trainer was very helpful in pointing out some errors in my squat technique, even providing me with a free workout routine supplement to make sure I avoid future injury. I get massage there regularly as well, and I always leave feeling uplifted and with restored mobility.

Last year I received a total knee replacement, but fell shortly after the surgery and fractured my femur on the same side. This resulted in me having to use a wheelchair for some time. My Doctor recommended physiotherapy, so I figured that I would give Synergy a shot. I saw Jason and he was very helpful. I’m now out of the wheelchair and walking around with full confidence in my knee/leg.

My experience at Synergy has been great. I recently tore on of my rotator cuff muscles and was suffering from a lot of pain with movements which I once believed to be simple and non strenuous. I was told to go to physiotherapy and I'm happy I did. Jason helped me rehab my shoulder and I'm now pain free and ready to enjoy the summer! Thanks guys!

Dr.Sun is an amazing surgeon and Nicole is a great physiotherapist They really take your health and recovery personally and want to get you back to your peak shape as efficiently as possible.

- STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
- YOU PAY $60 FOR 20min appt, usually by 15 min u r out (always rush you)
- it's more of a business than a place to be treated at .
- Always concerned about booking you for another appointment rather focusing on treating the pain.
- Had 2 appointments within 10 days, but no results for spasm muscles pain.
- Appointment was with Kaitlyn Wong MPT
- Wouldn't go there agin for sure !

I would rather not to waste my time writing this review but I have to as not all therapist there are good ! I had 2 appointments within 10 days no different in terms of the pain, I felt that all she cares about is booking me for another appointment rather focusing on how to treat the spasm muscles pain. My second appointment with her was today morning. The first time I went there I felt that she didn't take her time to do soft tissue muscle massage, so I mad sure, as soon as I got there to tell her I would like more of that as well as started a timer to see how much time would she really take, to find out she didn't spend that much of a time with me nor she did much. Half way through the appointment time, she checks the time saying lets see how we are doing on time, I kind felt that she was just trying to get ride of me. and she only took 15 MIN !! on that session, not even the hole appointment, she was trying to do a back stretches that I didn't feel anything while doing nor after(USELESS )

As a former professional athlete and current masters runner, Synergy has been crucial in me overcoming a long term injury, and helping me remain injury free for the future. Dr Jamie Grimes is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about human movement and understands the pathways to healing and staying healthy. The office is welcoming and the staff are friendly and courteous and efficient. After almost 9 months, with a combination of Shockwave and other therapies, I can run fast again, and do what I love. I am so grateful for the care and attention I have received at Synergy.

I recently started seeing Heather for acupuncture and I can't believe the results after only a few treatments. My fear of needles has always prevented me from trying acupuncture but I finally decided to go for it. After just a few minutes of speaking with Heather I felt less anxious and by the time I left I was already looking forward to my next appointment. In just a few days I went from being in a significant amount of pain to almost no pain at all!

Heather is knowledgeable, caring and makes you feel comfortable and at ease during your treatment. Not only will she make you feel better but she will also help you understand what is going on in your body and why. I’m so glad that I was able to overcome my fear of needles because I will definitely be booking in regularly with her!
