Wasted $2000+ on a bed I cannot use. Latex feeks like sleeping on cement. I called to request a callback but Demetri ignored my call. Many hours later I followed up and his attitude and response was indifferent. It was only after I made a huge stink and then Dwayne called me. He lent me 2 toppers to try but the cost would be $790 less a small discount. In the end, I didn't find the cushioning I was
looking for. Dwayne was polite and genuinely tried to help. No return policy for these mattresses and no viable option made my experience unsatisfactory.

I cannot help but add my voluminous voice to the 125 positive Google reviews as this company is nothing short of fantastic. In truth , fantastic is too thin a word to describe how Duane bent over backwards to help us find just the right mattress. He even went as far as to lend us a topper to try out with the firm mattress we purchased. The experience in the showroom needs to be experienced to be believed. The showroom is bright and cheery where one can observe the bed builders through plate glass working like happy beavers. This is the first time in 68 years of living that I have received such great service and a superior product. Have trouble sleeping? Well your troubles will be over once you try one of the many beds available at Fawcett. Sleep tight, Larry

My wife and I were very happy to find a locally owned and operated mattress manufacturer in Victoria. We booked our appointment and visited the showroom on a Saturday afternoon. The salesperson was friendly and engaging and more than happy to answer questions all while setting up the beds for many iterations of comfort. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials and the open manufacturing floor. You really can see how they construct the mattresses.

It seems like covid-times have not slowed down their business. We ordered our new mattress right away and we expect to get it delivered in the next 4-6 weeks. We ended up ordering one of their most popular hybrid latex and pocket coil models. They were able to setup their showroom in a way so that we could try out all the different firmness combinations so that were pretty sure we've picked the right model. We also made note that their warranty and local exchange policies are very accommodating if the mattress is not quite right.

Looking forward to our new mattress - our current one is definitely past its prime.

2 years after purchasing our Fawcett mattress, I can confidently attest to the fact that this is the most comfortable bed we've ever had. I didn't know sleep could be this amazing! I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they let us try out every single bed, multiple times, until we were happy and confident with our purchase. The mattresses certainly come at a cost, but they are worth every penny, considering their high-quality natural materials, truly local production, and 10 year warranty. You are bound to find a mattress here that you will want to keep for a lifetime. Thanks Fawcett!

As someone who lives with chronic pain and has spent many nights sleeping on the floor, I was thankful to find Fawcett Mattress. I went to their showroom, received excellent advice that helped me to confidently order one of their beautifully made mattresses. I appreciated the assurance that if our mattress had any faults down the road, they would still be available to help in any way they can.

Since purchasing their mattress, I am happy to report I have not had to sleep on the floor. I highly recommend anyone looking for amazing service and an incredibly well made mattress to connect with the team at Fawcett!

What a find! I had been looking for a latex pillow and was considering options from quite far away. When I found that Fawcett Mattress is local and offers what I needed it made my day. The pillow is nice and plump and I have no problems sleeping on my side. The local pickup option and discount was really nice as well. Great service as well.

It’s been two years since we bought our mattress and bed frame from Fawcett. It was a good investment in our sleep quality. We were able to order from many options. We got a nice fabric on a great storage bed … what we needed in our 1 bedroom condominium. They delivered it and set it up. What can I say? Great product and service from a local company.

We purchased a Model 1 mattress with a topper after years of using supposedly high-end large furniture store brand mattresses. Our back pains have gone, we sleep solidly and we love that there is no harmful chemical off-gassing. The Fawcett mattress is beautifully made and the firmness can be customized for each side, which made the selection process less harmful to our relationship! We were so thrilled with our comfortable mattress, we bought a Model 6 for our daughter who had had bad lower back pains for over a year and now the pain is gone! We also love to shop locally and support a family business right in our neighbourhood. We purchased cotton linens too, which are soft and lovely. Super helpful people and a terrific, hiqh quality product.

I am a senior and have purchased many mattresses over the years. I recently had a hip replacement and have problems with my knees, like I said, I'm a senior, I am old. This mattress cost a lot, I decided on top of the line, it was over $3000.00, so a major purchase, however at my age I need a good nights sleep and they are getting harder to achieve. Well after several weeks, testing it out, it has been well worth the money. It offers support but gives the relief that I need for aching joints. It is made from all natural materials and I can turn and lift the mattress and the topper easily, which I never could with my other mattresses.
I have paid $1000 for other mattresses which after a few months no longer offered the support they originally had. The quality appears to be here and I will post in a year or two, to let prospective buyers know how it stands up to the test of time. The service was great, the delivery boys, lovely, and very helpful, they offer to "firm up my topper" if I would like more firmness, and the MATERIALS ARE ALL NATURAL. Sleep quality is imperative to the quality of your day, and a mattress is a huge part of the quality of your sleep.

Our new mattress is just terrific. I echo the praise other reviewers have expressed, plus I would like to add that Fawcett stands behind their product and want you to be a happy customer. While transporting my mattress home I had a rather bizarre accident and the mattress was damaged. I phoned Duane and he said he would have it picked up and they would look at repairing it. They did just that, and the mattress looks new again. And like I said, they wanted me to be a happy customer, so the repair was at no charge, even though the damage was entirely my doing. What a company; you can't go wrong choosing Fawcett.

We purchased one of their mattresses, 2 pillows, full set of wool covers, and bamboo covers (all organic) at the beginning of 2017. The bedding is comfortable, better on the back, and hypoallergenic. The service is fantastic. This evening we returned from a customer appreciation soiree at the factory. Hospitality was superb. Fawcett has to be one of Victoria's greatest companies.

Fawcett is an easy recommendation for us. Our son was the first to have a natural latex mattress in our family but from another supplier. While it was fine, I have my doubts about its quality & manufacturing process. Our experience with Fawcett has been excellent, both in product & customer service. I have full confidence in what they're doing Just purchased another for our 2nd child and will rely on Fawcett for every other mattress need we have.

Fawcett makes a quality product from quality materials right here in Victoria! I went in one day to check things out and Duane was very helpful and informative, and passionate about his business and product - which is all good. I didn't feel pressured into anything and I came back two or three more times to lie on the various mattresses before I settled on the Model 7 and placed my order. In less than two weeks it was delivered to my apartment and my old mattress was taken away. Everyone I met and dealt with was wonderful and I've slept well for the last 5 months and never regretted my purchase!

Fantastic service, fantastic products. We are lucky enough to live in Victoria, so going to their showroom was easy. Staff (Steven) at the front was very knowledgable, describing the products, the options, and the materials used as well as the prices. We had lots of opportunity to try the different mattresses and comfort levels and all the permutations you can achieve in a Fawcett Mattress, in a very friendly, low pressure environment. I mean, what other mattress store doesn't mind if you bring your own pillow in to try them out!! My wife and I have been through the box store experience a few times and this was so much better in every single way. And the mattresses you ask? Well, where else can you get a Canadian, handmade, organic mattress, 10 year warranty, can be either sprung, latex foam, or a combo, customized to suit you and your partners needs/preferences, for a price that is completely competitive with stores whose products don't tick any of those boxes? Short answer: no where else that I have found!! They really are that amazing. If you are in the market for a mattress, and are in the area, do yourself a favour, visit the store. If you aren't in the area, come visit Victoria (it is awesome), and then come check them out. Or check out their website!! For 4 years I
have had bad shoulder problems, It all started when I got a new mattress from one of those big mattress stores, The pain only got worse as time went on , 2 years later I thought I better get a better mattress, that didn't help either , so I went to the doctor and they sent me to hospital for injections in both shoulders , that didn't help either, I thought there had be an answer to this nightmare. I went on line and found Fawcett Mattress, it sounded promising. I explained the situation , they said they would make me a bed that work for me, I was impressed, how often do you here that, (oh yeah never). anyway they did and within 1 week all my pain was gone, I can now move my shoulders, and my arms normally again, I have ordered another bed for 1 of my other bedrooms, and may get another for the third bedroom, Now that my arms function normally now, I could give these guys a big hug , but I'll just say thank heavens they are doing what they are doing, and if were up to me I would call the store ,, (((~The Best most Comfortable, Awesomest , Wonderfull, Unbelievable, Feel like your Sleeping on a Cloud Mattress store on the Planet.~))) Keep up the good work.

Purchasing a mattress and pillows from Fawcett has been one of the best investments we have made! We were in the market for an organic mattress and to find a local company that makes them on site with the best materials was a huge plus. The service was remarkable and we couldn't be more happy with the product. We have had several guests use our mattress as well, and their first comment is always 'where is your mattress from?!?!' From the moment I walked into the store and met Steve, I knew I was in the right place to buy a bed. Steve was so patient, listened to my problems, very thoroughly explained how Fawcett makes the beds and spent a great deal of time letting me test all the beds on the floor.

I just love my bed. Fawcett made my bed to my specifications. It relieves the pressure on my shoulders and back. I have not ever had such a comfortable sleep. I am also pleased to deal with a local company. May you continue to serve in Victoria for many years.

What a mattress!
My wife & I have to make ourselves rise from it every morning
and both look forward to returning to it that evening.
As a side sleeper there is no more pressure point pain plus am now able to sleep on my back again the support is so even.
The materials are top notch. The attention to detail thorough, and the staff, all of them, friendly, informative and helpful.
Treat yourself. It's an excellent investment.
