Mark Reid and his team were professional and easy easy to deal with. Good product good warranty and better prices made me choose Accutemp. Very satisfied with the Samsung heat pump it’s very quiet and the ducting adjustments made from my original system made it much more efficient .

I recently had a heat pump installed at my house. Mark Reid and his team were very professional and informative. The heat in my house is great. The system works better than my old one and is also quieter.

Even though the weather was terrible during the installation (pouring rain and high winds) the crew worked hard and never complained.

When the technician arrived, he started by checking the furnace even though our thermostat tells you what the problem is ("service air handler"). After he spent enough time with the furnace in the basement, he moved to the air handler in the backyard. Checking the motor probably takes one minute using the test meter he had with him but after half an hour we were told the motor was burnt out and would need a new one. He then spent 45 minutes calling around for a replacement motor and waiting for a call back on a price (not our request) He could have left and called us back with the information. After time spent (wasted), travel time charged and vehicle fee charge of $25(??)$283 for a simple service call. Would NOT recommend!
