I got my wedding flowers from Brown’s and they were amazing. My husband and I decided to get married in March back in late January. When I started looking for a flower shop in February, it was not easy due to Valentine’s day. Getting the flowers was one of the things that kept me awake at night because I was so worried that I might not be able to flowers at all for the wedding. However, when I contacted Brown’s, they were very responsive and told me that they will contact me again after Valentine’s day. And they actually did! (There was another shop that told me they will contact me again after valentines day and they never did) They were awesome at recommending different options for me since I know nothing about flowers. When I saw my bouquet on my wedding day, it was exactly how I dreamed of. It was so beautiful. All the flowers including my bouquet were so fresh and nice. Thank you so much for creating everything I dreamed of with such a short notice.

This company is fantastic, at a time in our lives when someone we love has passed, and I was looking to send flowers to make someone else smile. This company was fantastic. Let me start off with that I do not live in the province, I reached out and Annette answered all my questions on how to do this. It was fantastic fast service. Once the flowers where delivered Natasha let me know they where delivered. My aunt said they where the most beautiful flowers ever. Thank you guys so much

I asked Catherine to make a beautiful fragrant bouquets 💐 for a very special co worker/manager and it arrived even more beautiful than I had expected! Stunning, the extra accent touches were the cherry 🍒 on top of the bouquets! Thank you Catherine and Brown's

Oddly good selection of houseplants for a small store. Very fair prices and friendly staff. They were able to answer my questions including whether or not the various plants were safe for cats! Will go back again.

Delaney was AWESOME! Ordered flowers for someone who can’t be home for Christmas this year 😢and she was great to deal with, even reminded me about the card. Great price and service and I’m sure she had a smile throughout the transaction. Even going to deliver for when I need it done. Thanks again!!!

My husband bought me a dozen red roses from the langford store. 1/3 did not open, 1/3 opened and drooped and 1/3 barely opened. All of them darkened and looked dried up almost immediately. Within a day or so of purchasing them they were all spent. Expensive and such a waste of money. Much better flower shops on the west shore. Rip off don't buy at the Langford store have had this problem before.

Long Time Customer No Longer
You can't click the phone numbers on the website and connect and you can't connect at all if your phone number is (no matter how legitimately) hidden. That means two stops on the side of the road to order flowers.
They are just flowers, folks, and priceyand not worth the hassle.response / report this review -

This is THE REAL Brown's the florist. It doesn't compare to all the other knock-offs you may find online out there. Good prices, great services, AWESOME staff and you'll get fantastic personal attention. Don't be fooled by the rest, this is the Original. tip: you can even visit in 360 VR !

Good selection and excellent service. When none of their Christmas Wreaths suited they happily reconfigured and repriced an existing one. Not all Victoria retail experiences are this cheerful!

I've been using Brown's Florist for years (via the internet from a remote location). Lovely products - great selection - wonderful service. They truly do aim to please the customer.
