ive been dealing with Jay, he has a world of wisdom and helped me out greatly. Only spot i find that gives you hands on (hands off covid) expeirence with how to use your equipment and i consider this the BEST IN TOWN

Poor customer service. You can buy a pipe or bong in many different places whether online or in Victoria, might as well go where they are kind.

Since it wont let me reply I will address your false claims here. First of all your site says "curbside pickup", if its "in store" pickup maybe you need to clarify.

I was never rude to anyone I made a comment to your staff member that she should of told me it would take up to 24 hours to process my online purchase as she knew I was outside the store. I never raised my voice. Obviously I didn't want to purchase an item standing outside the door to pick up the next day. Common curtsy would have been to tell me my order wouldn't be processed in the same day and I would have purchased somewhere else.

I never made a demand, I said I dont wear a mask and "asked" to show my ID at the door rather than come in.

I didn't expect the staff to do anything, if you wanted me to enter your store without a mask I would have (its not a law by the way and exemptions exist, so I tried to accommodate your policy rather than make it a problem) dont offer curbside pickup if you aren't willing to walk 15 feet to the store front door to complete an order.

I will shop elsewhere and I will encourage people I know to shop elsewhere. Good way to keep business ;)

Extremely great selection, extremely friendly staff. I ordered from here a few times and was given thanks for my repeat business. I asked if I could cancel an order to re-place with one with faster shipping and they helped me extremely quickly over email. It's nice to see one central place stock all the items you could possibly need.

I will never go back. After purchasing an evolveplus unit from here and subsequently not being able to use it properly due to uneven heating I was told for the better part of half hour that I didnt know what I was talking about they offered to replace the coil which wasnt the issue. But thats it. No offer of replacement nothing. They went so far as to try and tell me that I wasnt getting my money back " because our supplier would be pissed"

The staff here has no practical knowledge of any of the higher end items they sell I wouldnt shop here if it wasn't for pipes or bongs. They are rude and ignorant of their own products.

In the end I got my refund. And they displayed clearly the level of competence and respect they do business with.

Recently bought my 2nd Vape Pen, brand name Magneto with Triple cube coil and it's been nothing but a pain and really unreliable product. When i contacted the BC Smoke Shop, got nothing but the Run around and really poor customet service. Didn't expect this from BC Smoke Shop but here we are. The Battery is in warranty but the Coil isn't on a Vape pen i just bought last month and used maybe 20 times as i have another one as well bought from these people which works great just the battery is getting a little weak as its a couple of years old but still burns like a champ when the battery is charged. I don't know what happened used to be a great place. I have been going back and forth on the Email with someone and they seem to not care a little bit. Thanks For the not so great repeat Buying experience this time around. DON'T BUY MAGNETO . Its flimsy. PEACE..!!!!

It seems from the reviews on this store, as much as I'd like to go there myself I'm not interested in dealing with snot nosed girls with bad attitudes even if they do know their stuff. There's no room in your business for poorly exhibited behaviour that is juvenile and uncalled for. What one person meant by alpha, was that said person took total control of the situation and definitely gave this poor person attitude where it was not warranted. It doesn't matter if you'd had a bad day. That doesn't give one the right to bite heads off just because they're feeling nasty. Not only that but if one is working in dealing with public wouldn't one preferr to attract customers and not repel with discrimination? If one is going to deal with people in a store one can not afford to be treating some customers like crap and others like gold. Equality please. Not discrimination over a persons looks, race, or otherwise. Establishments like this one can not afford to discriminate customers.

Excellent company! Called to order a CFX vape, the guy set one aside as they had limited stock. I completed the online order and called again to confirm my order with real person rather than a machine. They gave me free shipping which I expected to take a week, so when my package arrived in Alberta in 2 days I was amazed! Very happy with the customer service, would deal with again.
