Love the hotel. Lately and Kim were absolutely phenomenal on our check in. Our room was well appointed and clean. We were extremely happy. Had our dinner at the restaurant, Lure. While the food was excellent the service by Ryan was sub par. He was the only server but the when the only time he's quick is to deliver 5he Bill send a a horrible message to the guests

The restaurant at Delta is fantastic. Went there for a breakfast meeting. It is very clean and the service is exceptional. While the food is definitely a bit in the pricey side, the quality and freshness of the breakfast served deserved the menu price. The coffee was delicious too. The restaurant is located with a wonderful view of the inner harbour and worth the early morning rise to watch the sunrise.

We go to the delta ocean pointe every year for a two week stay in Victoria and several weekend getaways. It's like coming home. The hotel rooms have wonderful view of the Harbour day or night. Not so much of a view overlooking the tennis courts. The rooms are very comfortable and inviting, the beds are so soft. The restaurant downstairs has very tasty food. The ice cream sandwich is to die for. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and easy to talk to.

What an amazing experience. Not only is the hotel in a great location, but the staff is very kind and helpful. The shuttle is a great way to get to the city center quickly or to be picked up. It’s an easy walk across the bridge to the city center. Spend the extra money and get a room with a Harbour view.. the Harbour is very active with pontoon planes landing frequently as well as the boat taxis.
I would stay here again without doubt.

Delta Victoria hosted our wedding back in August 2016. From the start they were so amazing to work with. Aimee the catering coordinator was so open to ideas and suggestions. Our situation was extremely budget tight and despite other hotels not willing to work with us on payment options Aimee made the process seamless. Also I am american and my Wife is from India so we wanted an Indian themed wedding with Indian cuisine style buffet. Aimee made this possible with menu options that included the buffet with dessert options. Aimee was a blessing and a true angel in making our dreams come true. We will never forget the time she put in to make everything possible. Thank you so much Aimee :-) Also Melissa who was charge of reservations was a pleasure to work with as well. She made it possible for all my family and friends to have a chance to attend the wedding there with reservations in proper order. Melissa was amazing too we thank her so much! Joanna helped in the area of deposits and payments for us she was very flexible in terms of time frames . Overall this Hotel is the best hands down that I have ever stayed at and of course the best in terms of wedding preparation. We love this hotel and especially Victoria for being so welcoming and open to us we will never forget this. Hopefully we can have one of wedding anniversaries there one day in the future.

A beautiful setting in the Lure, we had seats at the window, and were seated promptly on arrival. Sadly it went down hill from there. Our waiter was aloof and did not listen well. We informed him that we were waiting for another couple yet he started to remove the other 2 place settings. When asked we simply asked for water while waiting, he gave us a funny look and made an off hand comment about it being too early to drink. He wasn't smiling and seemed bored. Rather than get into too many details the service was poor. It was slow, the waiter spilled our wine when pouring, and his iveralk attitude sucked. Two of us had the steak sandwiches, I ordered medium rare and got well done. My friend ordered medium and got well done as well. The food was quite tasty and our wives loved their meals. When I was able to get someones attention and spoke to them about our steaks they said they would look into then disappeared never to return. Overall a disappointing experience.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a view of the inner harbour. The view is amazing from our room, from the lobby and the restaurant. We arrived very early because of our flight time. They took our bags and stored them from us until we could get into our room. They got us checked in 3 hrs before usual checkin. They have a large weight room and pool so we got in a great work out to start the day. The hotel is on the water and there is a sea wall directly in front of the hotel where we walked for 3 hours along the ocean. Multiple benches for sitting, relaxing and taking in the view. Only 5 minute walk across the bridge into downtown Victoria. Great place. Loved it!

Why look at the Victoria skyline when you can look, and hear this cardboard box crusher at all times of the day!? The soothing sounds of trucks backing up to the loading bay and unloading their cargo are sure to rock you to sleep.

The staff however, were friendly and helpful. I know that a loading bay has to go somewhere, but at literally all hours of the night there was something going on down there, making noise. I didn't have one good sleep in my whole two weeks of staying there. There should be rules for the staff as to when they can operate machinery there.

We had a great time there. Staff was excellent. Hotel was very clean. I usually check the tops of items for dust to see how clean of a job the cleaning staff does and this was to notch. No dust! In the bathroom things were stocked. Linens were clean and crisp. Nothing under bed (including dust bunnies). Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel right on the harbour. It's across the harbour from downtown Victoria but within an easy 5 minute walk. We stayed there for a staff retreat and had a higher end room but got put on the back side of the hotel (overlooking construction and a car lot) whereas we were promised harbour view when we reserved the booking, which was very disappointing as the harbour views are spectacular. Other than that it all went very well. Lots of parking ($20/night) under ground. 2 electric vehicle spaces but I didn't see any plug-ins for EV's which kind of defeats the purpose. Very decent restaurant ($17 for a good hamburger) downstairs, and an in-house Starbucks as well.
