  Very clean, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows. If you leave the window open for fresh air, was a little noisy. Window shut, air conditioner on - very quiet. Overall a great place to stay.

  No views. Comfortable apartment. Has parking big enough for 4wd. Close to city tram.

  This is a great location. We had stunning views of the war memorial and MCG and easy access to the center of the city.

  Reasonable pricing, free parking on weekends out the front side of the building. The staff were friendly and attentive but the rooms are starting to age. Thank you

  Amazing stay, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms neat, practical and cozy. Had an issue and staff went above and beyond to help and solve the issue. Definitely would come back next trip to Melbourne and definitely recommend to others!

  Great place. Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Had a kitchen we could use even food storage containers great for keeping costs food down. Very comfortable stay here and would stay again in a heart beat. Cheap car parking too @ $15/night.

  Great location right across from Botanic Gardens and close to downtown area. Basic but clean and comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi sporadic with frequent drop outs and slow.
