Very helpful staff, clean and a great location. The bathroom could use a makeover though. The roof was very low, couldn't have even been 2m high.

Great hotel perfectly situated to explore China Town. Exit and walk down the main road, cross over, walk back up and you are at your hotel again. The staff are friendly and can suggest places to eat and see. Rooms have a sort of minimalist style that I thought was nice, beds are comfy, showers large and the mini-bar is Dare I say it Cheap?

Great location, had some trouble negotiating traffic to get there, glad we organised valet parking. Friendly helpful staff. Standard room a little small, but fine for short stay. Bathroom very tired, needs a revamp. Clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet.

Everyone from the reception was friendly and helpful but the moment I got my card key neither of the cards worked so I had to go back downstairs. The room was nicely lit but a bit crowded. There was one large (king?) Bed and a twin sized bed. The king bed was comfortable but the twin bed was very uncomfortable. The twin bed's blanket had some issues. The heating system didn't work but was not too cold in the room. Bathroom was kind of dated but still does the job. The amount of bathroom toiletries they give is very generous!! The breakfast was nice but I did wish it had a few hot food selections. The location was probably the best part of this hotel. Very close to a lot of things!

Great hotel only staying one night arrived early and was able to go to our room immediately and was able to leave our bags at the hotel the next day while we waited for our flight.

Great location, friendly, efficient staff and comfotable clean rooms. The continental breakfast with the inclusion of boiled eggs was filling and the bed was especially comfy.

If your on a budget, its not a bad hotel to stay at. Its near china town and the yarra river. If your in Melbourne fir new years its a great hotel to stay at because it within walking distance of great firework watching locations. You can party and have fun and not worry about getting back to your hotel. The crossly is also within the free shuttle area. You can hop on and off around the city for free. The front desk staff is really nice and friendly. They gave my a map, told me about mikys, and marked some places to visit. My favorite thing about this hotel is that they offer free movies. Some of the free movies are new, like bad moms, and some are oldies but goodies :)

Nice generous size rooms. Freshly painted and crisp new sheets. I needed to stay a night. Excellent value for money. No complaints. Quick checking in and out. Even though I was leaving early morning there was a staff alert and awake. Will recommend.
