Great room, nice and big with a lovely layout, large bath, seperate toilet off the bathroom and spacious bedroom. We utilised room service which was efficient and delivered by polite staff. On check in and out staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel.

As I stayed at the Park Hyatt Melbourne I noticed that the location was absolutely amazing. You have the st. Patrick's cathedral pretty much right across which was just really good just to go visit as it was very close to the Park Hyatt. And also the rooms were very nice as it was spacious to move around. Loved the rooms and loved the service. Would definitely come back and stay again at the Park Hyatt

Lovely place to have a function. Everything is beautifully set up and staff well trained. Food was slightly off the standard but probably because it is hard to cook fish or lamb to perfection for a big group.

Rooms are fantasticly luxurious along with the rest of the hotel. Staying in one of the King Spa rooms was a joy and a perfect way of spending my anniversary night with my partner. Service was prompt and breakfast in the morning was affordable and well above standard. The staff were the perfect balance of being unobtrusive and warmly polite and were able to help assist us with anything without hesitation. The gymnasium and pool room were of high quality and were a pleasant surprise upon arrival. The gym itself was as adequate as you're typical local gym albeit more quiet. The pool room had multiple spas and a lap pool decorated with an exotic aesthetic. This was complimented by the saunas and steam room. The only issue we had was the lack of a unisex sauna to share the experience with my partner, although the rest of our experience in the grandeur of Park Hyatt Hotel, allows me to overlook this complaint quite easily. Thank you Park Hyatt for making our four year anniversary a momentous one!

Can't thank the team enough especially Darcy our wedding coordinator for making our special day the best day ever. We loved every minute of the reception and wish it could have gone longer. Our wedding was in the Trilogy room and was beautiful. Can't recommend high enough. Rooms also lovely for accommodation.

We stayed at Park Hyatt Melbourne for 5 nights and 6 days. As always, compared to its cousin Hotel, Grand Hyatt, Park is always on the upper scale in terms of luxury and elegance. The moment you enter the Lobby, you will be refreshed with a rosy aroma and the vast and magnificent interior design. The staff were very friendly and check-in was very efficient. We were shown to our room, which was the Park Deluxe King Spa with an amazing view of St. Patrick's Cathedral (you can opt for the Gardens or the City as well). The spa tub was at the corner with a TV and bath salts were provided. The shower next to it occupied a large space (to be ideal for couples) but the only disappointment was the lack of a Rain Shower. The bed was very soft and cozy, almost as comparable as Westin's famous Heavenly Mattress. On our first night, a bottle of fine Italian red wine and a chocolate have been prepared on the table and on the last night, a thank you note from the Manager. We enjoyed our stay, not only because of the design and comfort at the 5-star Hotel, but also the Friendliness of the staff and the very small details they put in their efforts for.

We had high tea at Park Hyatt and it was a lovely experience. The service from staff was great, they were very accommodating and friendly and the desserts were amazing. It was a perfect afternoon.

Professional hotel with excellent decor and very efficient staff. The rooms are luxurious and immaculate with amazingly large marble and glass bathrooms. I cannot express enough how professional the staff are, especially Oliver at the front desk who went above and beyond his station to ensure we had a excellent stay

We visit the Park Hyatt regularly, and we always enjoy ourselves. The location is always beautiful in every way, and we've come to just expect that. From the lower ground floor lobby, to the higher level rooms.
The staff are a real compliment to the hotel too. None of them have ever served us poorly.
Most times we've visited has been to do with weddings (when a couple has booked the bigger rooms for their reception), and we've taken care of photography and video.
