The concierge was horrible to deal with; I've never been made to feel like I wasn't good enough to be somewhere until I came here. On the up side, the room was clean, the showers hot, and it was quiet.

    I will never go back.

Beds were comfortable, apartments were relatively clean, service was fine, coffee downstairs was good. Showers were difficult for tall people

Bathroom is not cleaned every day (!).
There is no hotel kitchen, so breakfast (a limited one, no buffet breakfast) is available only at the nearby bar.
The first day the heating stopped working and I have to change room.
Nice location, near the park and not far from city center.

I wasted so much money by staying at this outdated, poorly furnished "luxury"' hotel with walls so thin you can hear every conversation being had in the neighboring room. After 3 nights stay, paying extra for room service, parking and late check out I was told by the rude girl at reception that my cash deposit won't my refunded due to the condition of my room. I didn't realize it was up to the hotels guests to scrub the bathtub, wash the bedsheets and clean the dishes. Apparently the cleaning staff wouldn't be able to do that in time for the room to be used that night. There are much nicer places that won't bleed your wallet as much, avoid unless you like being ripped off.

My partner and I found an online deal for a King apartment at the Seasons. It was fantastic! Spacious, well-kept rooms and bed, a nice view, wonderful bathroom with a shower/bath combo. It was surprisingly inexpensive for the content and quality of the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrible service and unaccommodating staff. Room and Lobby are worn out and you better take your money elsewhere

We really liked the location. It's about a 20 minute walk into the city, tram access is very close also. The room was well equipped and the bathroom looked recently updated. We would stay there again

Really unprofessional and discourteous establishment which meant i could not even get to a point of booking - extremely frustrating when the other reviews looked so promising. I've since found other people i know have had the same experiences causing massive amounts of dissatisfaction for all concerned. Horrific experience with bookings and management of this hotel.

Nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Orders have been mixed up several times and often my drinks didn't arrive until after I had finished my meal.

Good place at St. Kilda prime location. Accessible to trams which are 50 meters away. Great view of the Botanical Garden across the street. 10 mins to CBD. They have a kitchen in the hotel rooms if you prefer cooking. A ideal spot for family or travelers.

It's old and a bit tired and not the greatest location. If you like walking it's just over the road from the park and a tram or stroll into town. Great value really, I got upgraded to an apartment which had a decent kitchen that would be great for long stays.
