Very spacious room with kitchen facilities and a view over looking the city. Great to enjoy breakfast on the balcony

Very poor levels of technology in the rooms with an awful wifi policy. A single slow elevator with no stairwell is a frustrating ordeal.

Good value accommodation in a great location. Fantastic views if you get a cityview apartment. Highly recommended. Attentive staff.

Room was functional. The studio is average, a few deficiencies. The receptionist was rude, impatient and seemed to be disinterested in working in the so called hospitality industry. Overall a below par experience. I would avoid staying here another time if possible.

Oaks was alright good for just a business trip but wouldnt recommend this hotel if you are on holidays. Just not for me.

Central, modern serviced apartments in Melbourne's CBD. We found the apartments to be well provisioned with a full kitchen and even washing machine and dryer.
The spacious lounge room made it easy to entertain guests and the friendly staff made us always feel welcome.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. Parking isn't that good. Pick up and dropped off can be a little bit too hard in peak hours.
