Mr Brandon Phuong, Senior New Car Sales Executive of Mercedes Benz at 135 Kings Way is a super sales person who possess very good product knowledge. He is intelligent and very patient in explaining every details to customers. Without his sincere attitude and professional service towards customers, my car purchase won't be a success. His follow up service is perfect. Brandon should be promoted to a higher grade on his role of job. I shall definitely recommend him to my friends who are interested in purchasing Mercedes Benz in future.

Had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz Melbourne, well organized and professional people starting with the sales person to delivery coordinator. Special thanks to Ray Yang for updating us everything about the the new GLE 250D and arrange the test drive for us although its was close to their office close time. A very satisfied customer and looking forward to engage with their service department when service due.

I would have given zero if that was possible. Absolute poor customer service. Called and confirmed with one of the staff guy that he has Sprinter MWB standard van in store to give a look today. Drove all the way for 45 minutes drive in such a hot weather and wasn’t much welcoming customer service in the beginning, also he advised that they probably sold out the van so doesn’t have exact van to show today. They got my Vito keys to inspect it for trade in and left all the booklets out on the seat, display back to whatever settings. If they know how to take out the booklets from dashboard then probably know how to put them back in properly. Didn’t feel welcoming at all.

Absolutely wonderful service. I dealt with Angel Protacio and he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, provided all information I wanted and was more than happy to spend a lot of his time helping me out with my decision. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Angel.

Just picked up my new car :) It was well worth waiting for 8 month :)
I want to thank John Moustis. What a great job he did! Beginning from a very thorough and long test drive, explaining all the important features of the car without the "sales pitch". Answering all my queries while the car was being build and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. And the hand over. He spent all the time I needed to go through the whole vehicle in answered every question in great detail and very patiently. Thank you very much, John!

We provided our contact details, as requested by Mercedes-Benz Melbourne, in their response to our original review, even though they already had our contact details. However, it has now been well over a week and they have not bothered to contact us – surprise, surprise!!!
Mercedes-Benz Melbourne obviously have no interest in rectifying the issue, but are most likely hoping that their response will mislead other people, who read the reviews, into believing that they have, or at least have attempted, to address the issues.
Given my experience and many of the reviews I have read, I am at a loss to understand why Mercedes-Benz Australia, would put up with such a shonky dealership representing their products and services – The best or nothing!
In regard to Mercedes-Benz Melbourne, the best bet is to opt for nothing.response / report this review -

Waited over an hour for a booked "express" service before my car was even taken to be seen. I had to follow up with reception twice to ask what was happening after waiting 45 minutes after I was told they were looking for the paperwork. No explanation for the wait. Very poor service. Won't be back.

Really happy with the pickup of my A45 AMG from Brandon Phuong. Had previously purchased an A250 a few years back from him as well and both times was ecstatic about his service. Only reason I went back to Mercedes and would go back in the future!

The sales person was arrogant, clearly he lacks the customer service skills. He was not ready to help me. I then went to another Marc dealer and I was well served. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Melbourne to anybody wanting to buy a new car.
I visited other dealerships and didn’t get the service that I felt was up to standard that someone should receive when visiting a Mercedes-Benz dealer.
I had an amazing experience purchasing my New Car at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne.
Thank you Tim Newton (Senior Business Manager) and Nick Beale (Sales Executive) for your outstanding level of professionalism, enthusiasm, honesty and friendly respectful service.
Tim and Nick have been absolutely amazing to deal with and patiently worked with me and the best thing of all is that he secured an excellent deal on the car, finance and insurance.
It has been the best experience purchasing a luxury car (and I have purchased many over my lifetime).
I will definitely come again for my next car and will be sure to recommend anyone else looking to buy and finance a Mercedes-Benz.
