I can't speak more highly of Essendon Honda. I tried another Honda dealership first and the salesman didn't even know that the length of the Civic sedan differed from the Civic hatch. Amateurish! Don't waste you time, go straight to Essendon Honda and ask for Cody Smith. Cody knows his product and is enthusiastic and engages with you. Looks you in the eye and answers your questions. I must also single out the boss - Paul - and also Martin for praise. Essendon Honda are also super competitive on price. I know they tried so hard to come up with the best offer for me in Melbourne and I was very happy. No I tell a lie, I was ECSTATIC! I love my Honda Civic Hatch and I love Essendon Honda. The ultimate new car buying experience.

The guys at Essendon Honda made the entire journey from test drive to purchase completely effortless. All members of the team we interacted with were an absolute pleasure to deal with - they are very knowledgeable about their products, and we always felt like they prioritized the customers' satisfaction above everything else. Buying a new car is a big investment, and we'd especially like to mention Christian, Jay, Ricky and Martin for making our experience stress-free and delightful. If you're looking to buy a Honda, give these guys a shot.

Had my car serviced in addition to the airbag recall.
I think it's fair to say gone are the days of the dodgy, grease covered 'cash only' mechanic.
The level of service and the value for money were incredible. My 12 year old car looks like new. Very friendly and professional team. If you own a Honda please take it here for servicing. Highly recommended.response / report this review -

What a fantastic place to buy a car! Easy and stress free. Joe treated me really well through the sales process, and also had exceptional after sales service. Ask for him! Once the deal was done, Martin was terrific in running through all the optional extras for my car in an informative way, but not pushy at all. Ben was really helpful with the money side of things. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the staff, the cars (and the coffee) at Essendon Honda.

I have been a long term service client at Essendon Honda and have always been looked after. The reliable and personalised service has always been fantastic. Through my pregnancies, babies (and car seat logistics) to now fitting in with work and school pick ups, they go above and beyond.The courtesy bus driver Stephen deserves a medal too!
Even happier now that I have purchased my first new car here. Cristian didn't disappoint with his knowledge of the vehicles and happily took to time to sit with me go through the finer details of the multimedia system because I had a million questions. I was surprised at how quick the new car was ready too. All round great service and now looking forward to many more years with Essendon Honda looking after my new car!response / report this review -

I have recently purchased a car from Essendon. Henry was especially helpful and he follows up with calls. From the first call I made to all the follow up calls he made, the transaction went smoothly. He has answered every query I had and referred me to the right person for anything extra I need to purchase for the car. I am very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase. Customer service is at it's best and everyone is very helpful.

I had a really good experience at Honda Essendon Fields. Jey was very helpful and the turn-around time between looking at cars and having my new car was a lot faster than expected. I felt like I got all the information I needed and was treated with patience and respect. My new car came complete with a bow and a full explanation of all buttons and features, which was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Honda Jazz from Essendon Honda. We were absolutely ecstatic with the extremely high customer service we received from the entire team, especially Christian (salesman) and Ricky (finance). The whole process was comfortable from start to finish. We never felt pushed into making a decision. We definitely recommend Essendon Honda as a destination for your next new car purchase.

Thumbs up to Cody S. He was very informative, the fact that he just started 3 weeks ago, he knew what he was talking about and if he wasn't sure, he would get confirmation from the Senior sales consultant. All my queries were answered even before I ask the question. He's very friendly and promptly return my calls. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Keep it up Cody. I'm sure you'll go a long way with that bubbly and friendly attitude.

We were serviced by Henry, and he is really the best. It started with just a chat and we have made our plans to buy a car of some other brand but his persistence was actually too good . he was very understanding and made us know all the things associated with it. We really recommend Essendon Honda.. Just Go for it guys you will get best of the class sales and after sales serive

We went to Honda and as soon as walking no more than 5 metres into the yard we were approached by Andrew Nguyen who's customer service was second to none, he looked after us with our trade in and gave us a really really good deal on the civic we bought. We also are excited to have joined the Essendon Honda family. Would highly recommend anyone to go to these wonderful people and you will leave with a smile on your face after purchasing a car 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Recently bought brand new civic from this place. I was dealing with Cristian who made this experience even special. Very friendly, respectful and professional at the same time. after literally going to every car yard on the strip twice I ended up at Honda and didn't go to another car yard after that ! The service from John was second to none and Paul the manager was more than happy to help us out with our trade in and complicated position. They did everything possible for us. The knowledge was fantastic. We went in with finance approved from another company but after talking with Ricky he managed to secure a much better rate. Thank you everyone at Essendon Honda ; John ,Paul,Ricky and Mary. Now I'm actually proud to drive my new car!

I have recently purchase a couple of Honda Civics from Essendon Honda. The service was great !!! from the beginning to the end. I must admit that I am a Ford Lover !! But Not anymore. Thanks to Christian and the rest of the Team at Essendon Honda for the magnificent customer service experience. I have highly recommended your business to a few of my friends, as they are looking at buying a few news cars very soon.
