Terrible customer service! Was greeted by an arrogant male dealer who was only interested in signing contracts rather than answering any questions. Mentioned that my husband was at work and that I wanted a quote ect with a trade in as I'd been to 2 other dealerships that same day. He basically said there is no point running numbers if my other half wasn't there. I said the other 2 dealerships did no worries.
Very rude and arrogant car dealer. Can't remember his name, but he said he'd only been there 3 months.
Car was a great drive, but he ruined the whole experience.
If I do go back to test drive again, I'll be asking for a different car dealer.

My husband Trevor and I purchased our 5th mazda from Werribee Mazda this week. Our daughter and her husband have also bought two mazda's from you in the last 18 months.

Our final decision was based on the salesman Anthony and also the aftersales service your dealership provides. We have been dealing with you for many years and not once have we had a complaint.

Rang twice with a general enquiry about a service, Mazda was fixated on getting my rego number and not providing customer servce. One person hung up after 2 mins of conversation when I would not give my rego until I had all the information I needed and hung up after I asked what is the latest I could pick up my car. The second person told me they didn't have any appointments after the first person told me they had. NOT a good experience. I am in customer service and would not treat customers in this way

Always feel like they are too busy to deal with you properly and you are not important. With delivery of my car, did not receive a proper delivery, again rushed through and they were too busy tonreally take the time and sit with you. Service I am now due for my 10000km service. Will see if the service department can redeem things for this dealership, otherwise I will be going to Geelong Mazda for future services.

Down to our 10000K and Weribbee Mazda never failed us. We came here January this year and Juno, one of the sales consultant in this store helped us very smoothly and just wooed us away prompting us to put in an application. We were then handed over to Jessica, the finance consultant and she arranged everything according to our needs. Both of them were considerate of our situation and really assed us according to what we want. Two days after we applied, we got a call that our car is ready to be picked up. Imagine that. Highly recommended, highly appreciated. Look for Juno in store and Jessica to do the financing. Three cheers!!

Werribee Mazda is an awesome dealership!! I bought my car from Izzy Sargin who went above and beyond to make sure I purchased a car I was most comfortable with. He took the time to give me all options with great advise and was never pushy. I ended up buying a new car that I absolutely love!!! The purchase process was so professional with everyone that I dealt with there. On picking up my car, Izzy took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked, setting up bluetooth etc.. His product knowledge was amazing and it was really great dealing with such a nice salesman. Thank you Werribee Mazda for the best ever experience in purchasing my car..

This place is probably the worst Mazda dealership around. Zero focus on customer service. The sales guy (don't want to name and shame) was so pushy and all he cared about was pay the $2K and sign the paperwork. We were also looking at finance options and the lady we spoke to was the same. I was basically shown the door after a few questions and was handed back to the sales rep. Was so disappointed with the whole experience that I had to leave this review to vent out my frustration. I eventually drove all the way to GWS Mulgrave and picked up my MAZDA 3. Got a much better deal and the customer service was top notch!

I have just had my 20,000 service on my CX5 and just have to say that the service that I received was great and they had the car back to me early than they said it would be. This is the seventh car that we have bought from Werribee Mazda and are completely satisfied with the level of service we have received over the years. The service crew are very polite and helpful as usual.
