Just wanted to say how great all the team in the new car section are. From the moment I entered Ballan Holden, Rob Streuregger looked after me in a professional, courteous and friendly way. I am a pretty slow decision maker and he made me feel at ease from the beginning. Shout out aswell to Myles, Paul, Sandy and Phil. You are all fantastic people keep up the great work and I will be back!

Bought a new Captiva, Sales person was great and looked after us right through till hand over. After Service not so great. I don't like dealing with grumpy setvice people. My second service had to be canceled twice. The second time they had to keep the car over night because they forgot to order the part.

Went to Holden Ballan and spoke to one of the salesman about park assist. Soon after told him about the problem (not to buy a car on that day), he refer me to another person in service department. And the person in service department seems not willing to help me out, and refer me again to sales.
NOT happy with the service, NOT happy with their attitudes. They made a big mistake, just simply of the LOWEST LEVEL of Customer Service that ruin the business. Now I can tell my community about my experience. Wish there is ZERO star!!!response / report this review -

When you go for service they are always busy. Your car is about to breakdown but they will make you wait for that time. Before purchase they show you big dreams but after that they dont even talk to you properly.

Stay well clear of these flogs , my daughter bought a second hand SV6 recently and after a short drive the cabin wreaked of petrol fumes . Turns out there was a major leak from the top of the petrol tank and is not covered by warranty . Another mechanic had the car up on the hoist and there is a very obvious petrol stain down the side of the tank that had been there for some time. Great roadworthy check boys

I came here when I had a breakdown during the easter holiday period. Paul was helpful although the service dept was closed that weekend. After that Lee from service dept fixed my car in 3 days.
I don't live near Werribee but will definitely consider to service or even buy car from Ballan Holden.response / report this review -

Sales consultant and the owner are very arrogant and rude !! Very BAD customer service ! Sales consultant was actually nice before purchasing .. after signed the contract , became inpatient to answer questions !! Owner is very rude and arrogant. Insulted me and my mother, he actually said to me that I was only purchasing a barina anyway , which only cost $20k anyway ! Regret purchasing new vehicle there ! Never do business with them , Stay away !! I would give less than one star if I could !
