Terrible attitude towards used car sales, the sales manager was the least charismatic, least helpful person I've dealt with in a long time. Here's an idea, don't conduct a sales pitch while dragging on a cigarette behind a wall! He didn't even know the prices of the used car that I had arranged to see and he made very little effort to find out, on top of which he offered a very lowball trade-in on my vehicle.
He then tried to tell me that somebody else was interested in the car and they were awaiting a cheque any minute! Really a cheque? Then he became rude when i said to let them have it as i wasn't in the habit of rushing my decisions. Charmless experience- because of him and the experience I had today I would never use this company ever againresponse / report this review -

Bought a second-hand car , the first wash the paint started to come off The roof. they had touched up all the imperfections, so it look good when I first bought it but a week later you could see the touchup areas as the paint came off .

Poor customer service, no one follows up and a 'cant do' attitude. I have an issue with my exhaust. the way it was handled was poor and will not be taking my car back for servicing at blood again.

I had my 2013 Hilux SR5 serviced at Blood Toyota today. The staff seemed to take an interest in the issues I raised about the car, and I was impressed that they resolved them at no extra cost. Staff were professional and would have no hesitation returning here to service my vehicle.

Not all that happy with Blood Toyota, in comparison to Melbourne City Toyota they are no where near as reliable or friendly. Told me this morning they could fix a major issue and then I spent an hour driving there only to be sent away.
They have a habit of changing number plate surrounds to advertise their dealership even when asked not to.
Also find they treat women more poorly than men - not great in this day an age. Avoid if you can!response / report this review -

What a fantastic experience! Barrie and the team at Blood Toyota really know how to roll out the red carpet for their clients.
I recently picked up my new RAV4 from the dealership and it was an absolute pleasure from the moment I set foot into the dealership to the day I took delivery of the vehicle.
The smiling receptionist was so accommodating, the sales guys were knowledgeable, friendly and were not pushy in any way.
After committing to purchase the vehicle I then organised my finance with the team. They were so helpful and (even better) I ended up with a really great finance arrangement.
I was kept completely up-to-date via phone and email whilst waiting for the day of delivery. I was naturally very excited to pick up my new car and when I returned to the dealership I was treated like royaltyagain!
I had visited a few other Toyota dealerships prior to visiting Blood Toyota and the way I was treated was worlds apart. It was a no-brainer in the end to choose Blood Toyota.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used car.
A terrific bunch of people. Thanks again to you all!
