Great service in great location. Staff also friendly & very helpful/attentive- especially the salesperson who helped me buy new Nokia phone. He even gave me further discount to already lowered-priced Nokia 8!

Last night I purchased a Hisense 43N6 43" 109cm Smart 4K Ultra HD LED LCD TV for $690 instead of $798 which was an amazing price so I am just extremely happy with it. I would recommend buying it from them because they are cheaper than anywhere else also they are much better then LG or Samsung.

Today was my first visit to the new Eastland store and I was served by a young girl, unfortunately didn't get her name, she was fantastic. She went out of her way to help me. I hope your bosses read these reviews because she deserves lots of praise.

I cannot praise this JB HiFi store, and thank the staff enough. I recently had a battery explode in my phone ( Sony Xperia Z5 Premium ). The service received by the staff was excellent, They did everything they could do to get this issue resolved, They have been fantastic all the way through this process. It may not seem like a big deal to them, but it has meant alot that they care about their customers. It really is the simple things that go along way. Thank you again to the staff that assisted me during this issue.
The only negative I have, an this is directed at the company of JB HiFi as a whole, The company is > ( RoadHound Electronics) they use to repair phones, they mangled the casing on my phone from repair, due to this Sony have been contacted and are investigating the poor job at putting my phone together.response / report this review -

i wanted to get forza 7 and i saw a sticker on it saying trade two xbox one or ps4 games to get it for free so i thought ill go home and get two games i don't want anymore i come back and in the tiniest writing ever it said certain games and a guy showed me the list and it was so so so tiny you could not read it and i was going to trade gta 5 and forza horizon 2 and they were not on the list and both of them are so expensive in there store and others because gta 5 still goes for around $ 39 and forza is around $ 60 about if its not on sale so JB suck i don't recommend there store

I bought a 360Fly Virtual Reality Headset 2 months and the button come off the same day so they swapped it over for another one and the button come off again so I would avoid this product altogehter since it keeps on breaking. I took it back on Tuesday morning and they offered me a full refund, which was extrmely nice of them to do that for me when they didn't have to.

Crowded store with narrow aisles, set-out doesn't seem to have any logic to it. Staff are OK once you track them down. Focus on recorded songs etc more than anything

The worst JB store. I've never NOT had an issue trying to shop here and the staff just stare at you vacantly. Happy to take your money though.
