Food average. Good arrived before drinks. Sat outside and mice were running around very disgusting. Put us off our food

Was greeted by the manager who said that i couldnt sit outside because i was a single costumer. I decided to stay and the outside area was never anywhere near full. When i asked why i couldnt have sat there, i was told "as its the weekend and they may get busy" anyway, the food was decent but small portions for the price.

service was ok fancy menu but I'm no Gordon Ramsey $45 rib eye came out just the meat and a hand full a French fries. a pub has a straight up menu and the food much better. just disappointed pasta was under cooked. it is your venue crown please check on your tennants

Was misled was told kitchen was open when we were seated was told kitchen was closed only pizza and pasta.
The soft drinks were all flat had to ask for fresh drinks beause No body could drink them.
The pizza was very hard and not any thing special.
Over all the food is very over priced
Very disappointed for the crown experience next time will go to the food court.response / report this review -

Located on the riverwalk side of the Crown Casino, Cervo has been serving fantastic Italian food for decades. I have eaten here numerous times over the years and it seems over all this time that the quality of the service and dishes have not changed.
It was not extremely busy last Wednesday evening when my Mother and I came in for dinner so some of the inside seating had been closed off. It was a little too cold to sit on the patio (I have been out there before and it is lovely in nice weather) so we were shown to a small table next to the door. It was a little annoying when wait staff had to go outside as a cold breeze would blow in and onto my back but not a huge deal, just don't pick the table by the door when its windy.
Our wine and appetiser orders were taken almost immediately, the Italian Meatballs and the Arancini Balls we ordered came out within ten minutes of ordering but our wine took a little longer. Almost twenty. No issues though- the two dishes we'd picked were so delicious that we were distracted! I particularly loved the sauce that came with the Arancini dish, so tasty!
Our mains were just as fantastic as our appetisers. My Mum had the Caesar Salad- really fresh! And I had the Duck Risotto which is possibly one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The risotto was perfectly cooked and the duck was plentifully spread throughout the dish plus exceedingly flavourful and not too fatty. I was too full but continued to eat anyway because it was just so damn delicious!
Staff were friendly and exceedingly happy to help with any queries about the menu we had. I wish I had more room in my stomach as the specials on the Specials Board looked incredible!response / report this review -

6 of us had dinner here last Monday night. We were well looked after by our server Laura & Alice. Food was pretty good, served hot to the table & all arrived simultaneously. Will come again.

Fast service, friendly and attentive staff. Very popular so was very loud and busy. Music was a bit too loud and repetitive. Food was okay, was overpriced for the value. Desserts were excellent.

I went there with customers last Friday morning for breakfast. It was the worst service possible. We had to wait 45 min for our coffees and an hour for our food.
They kept on saying that it was almost ready to keep us there and stopping us from walking away.response / report this review -

Spaghetti carbonara was a great size and delicious. My gnocchi dish was a little over priced for the size. Staff were very friendly and quick.
